Fantastic whale watching trip - Fantastic trip Unexpectedly had the boat to ourselves as a family of four. Friendly skipper who explained about the whales and other sea life. We saw a mother and young whale, and several others. Lovely refreshing swim in the hippy cove. Great views of the island and mountains on the way. Recommended.

Whales and dolphins, whales and dolphins….yeah! - Got off to a slow start and was concerned we may not see anything. We saw lots of pilot whales, whole families plus babies. There were dolphins too, swimming with the whales. To top it off we saw a turtle. The swim at the end was great, so refreshing g. Captain and mate were great and friends made with the rest of the boat. Only a small group so we didn’t miss anything. Would recommend

Beautiful day at sea - Fabulous afternoon with the Opera 6 team. We had a wonderful trip, with lunch and drinks included. Can't recommend thus trip highly enough

Lovely cruise with whale watching - Everything went well. They send you a wa message with all the details of the cruise the day before, well organized. The boat is a sailboat but there is enough space for all the passengers. We had a lovely cruise and we saw pilot whales around our boat. Then we went near the coast for a nice swimming (masks are included). They offer also a snack (bocadillos) and beverages. We loved this experience, tenerife is fantastic in every time of the year.

Fantastic trip with amazing views - Fantastic trip and perfect for small groups. We were a group of 3 and were joined by a couple. The day was beautiful from beginning to end. Food and drinks provided too. The dolphin and whale watching was amazing and we were also lucky to spot a few turtles. The pilot was great and provided so much information about the history for the island. We finished the day off with a dip in the water near the cliffs before heading back. All 3 of us have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was. 10/10 trip

Very nice, relaxing excursion - We actually saw whales and also a few dolphins from a distance. The whales are 99% seen according to the captain :) the dolphins, on the other hand, are just very fast, therefore more difficult. We felt very comfortable - were only 4 people on the boat and was very pleasant! I would recommend to anyone if you want to see animals on the open sea!:) were not otherwise too many tourist boats around. Was also very well organized. Thank you!

Beautiful views of the... - Beautiful views of the coast while sailing to meet a playful family of whales that left everyone silent for minutes. Once in the open sea, the skipper showed us all the landmarks and explained the plan. Finally, we stopped for a swim at La Caletta de Adeje, which made the sandwiches all that more delicious, then headed back to a stunning golden lit view of the port. Thank you for the amazing experience and the memories you’ve created.

Disappointing Boat, Great Crew & Unexpected Whale Sightings - The boat itself was disappointing and not what we expected based on the pictures on Viator. However, the shipper was friendly, and a big plus was getting to see several whales along the way. Mixed experience overal.

An OK ish trip - Trip was ok have been on better, there wasn't much communication from the skipper of the boat. Lunch was half a baguette and a wine or beer or soft drink. We did however see a few Pilot Whales which were amazing.

No excursion and no refund! - We were not able to do this excursion but we paid for it. Because our family was hit during a very well deserved holiday due to Noro virus we could not make the excursion. However, the excursion could be rescheduled. That's nice. It's been rescheduled twice and the third time we were finally on board. We were barely out of the harbor when the weather threw a spanner in the boat trip. We went back. Our money that we had to pay for the escort of the boat we immediately got back. The money we paid Kim didn't. Not even anything with a doctor's certificate and pictures of what my back looked like after that little bit of sailing. We suddenly had to go back. I had to lie down and got whipped by the rope of the sail which had to go up... so welts on my back We filed a doctor's certificate... and photos but Kim didn't pay anything back. Once we got home, other things came our way that were even more of a priority hence only now this review. She had offered us a boat trip the next day. That was the day of our departure We had to hear for a certain time if it went ahead otherwise we would not be able to make it in terms of distance. After that time, she passed on that they were going to sail. Ikz said we couldn't make that time anymore and in the afternoon we had to go to the airport. She also continued to claim that boats were going to sail . research showed that she was in the Netherlands, that the boats were not going to sail because of the weather and in addition she called too late. We have booked several excursions with companies in Tenerife. We got our money back everywhere. That's nice because our holiday was certainly not to be called a holiday with all that illness From the insurance we had everything back a day after arrival Also the money Kim would have to pay. Kim had very special stories We had to cancel 18 hours in advance... this was not an issue now but was nowhere in our app switch and at the time (maybe now) not on her site either. The fact that I have welts on my back from a rope doesn't help her either.. As long as it goes well, she is friendly and definitely wants to think along..but if it doesn't work out, you can whistle for your money. Then you book with a Dutch lady and you are treated like this. Very bizarre. She did not accommodate us herself to share the damage in terms of costs.. I would definitely never book an excursion with her again. You can do the same excursions and book them with others. Much more convenient because in case of illness you will get your money back and you will be wished well. We will definitely come back to the island. The rest was perfect. We just didn't get to enjoy it very much. Of the four in our family, three have been contagious.. The fact that Kim is being so difficult about the money has dented the holiday even more. We're coming back... not to Kim!
