Amazing tour guide, service, and caves - We had an amazing time in the caves. The service at the place was impeccable, the cave exploring was one of the best, and at the end we had some tequila shots

Amazing! So much fun! 10/10 - We had such a great time! The ATV portion as well as the cave/ Cenote tour were great. Our guide Lorenzo was the best!! Definitely recommend bringing a gator/bandana to cover your mouth as the roads are dusty during the ATV ride. They have everything you could need available for purchase though if you forget something!

Bosch the BOSS - Bosch was amazing! The best guide ever in Mexico! The only real downside was the photo package (really expensive at $50) and issues with payment on-site.

BDay Excursion - I enjoyed driving the ATV. You need a Scarf as dirt particles can get in your face while riding. The crystal Caves tour was very insightful to mayan culture and nature.

A great day of fun! - Loved the adrenaline rush I got from riding the atvs around the property in the jungle! Very fast and a good workout. Our English guide Bosch was excellent and very knowledgeable about the caves and the Cenote that we explored after the ride was over! The water wad prrfect it starts off cold but further into the cave it's nice and Luke warm. I only wished I was able to bring my own phone to capture pictures without being charged for perfect posed pics.

Don’t skip the wetsuits - worth every peso - I’d like to break this review into two sections: cenote and ATV tour. With no hesitation, I would give the cenote portion of our outing five stars. This cave system was magical. I paid for the wetsuit, because I knew from previous experience that the caves are cold. It was a good call, and definitely allowed me to fully enjoy the experience. We walked through the first portion in calf-deep water. Next we waded/swam through some deeper water and at the end we free floated in an enormous cavern. Our guide, Bohish, was knowledgeable, full of personality and fun. A couple of the people in our group were hesitant because of negative experiences on previous excursions and general fear of confined spaces, but emerged from this outing raving about how neat it was. The ATV tour was fine, but it was just riding on a dusty rutted road for 40 minutes. We broke up into groups according to our preferred language, and thrill/speed preference. We stopped several times to allow our photographer to get in position ahead of us so he could take action shots. The guides instructed us on proper riding etiquette, and then ignored their own instructions (driving while standing, holding on to the cargo rack instead of the person seated in the driver’s seat). The only thing that could have made the trip better is meeting at a closer departure point. We rented a car for the week, and offered to drive ourselves to the office. But the rules state we have to be picked up. We were the second group of four in our van to be picked up. We spent 1+ hrs in the van each way, for a trip that could have taken us 20 minutes. I imagine they want to keep the specific location of the cenote a secret, but we would have happily driven our car to the closest hotel possible and paid to park there if van pickup was absolutely essential.

No unfortunately & sad - I did not get to do this excursion, due to a mishap with my Bestfriend credit card, I loss my deposit & they charge me full price, I did not want a refund, just to exchange to the next day, so I could enjoy the experience with my family & friends, I would never go off the resort by myself and they was not being reasonable at all. Horrible Horrible Horrible, sad part they called me after they charge my card to say they had an opening the next day but I would have to pay again!!
