Great time - The bus ride is comfortable, but restroom was inoperable. The Cenote was nice, good location and tourist amenities. The Chichen Itza ruins are great, no long lines. Vallalodid city was nice stop for food, tourist items and church visit. Will recommend to family and friends

Unforgettable tour, very well organised! - Unforgettable. Awesome tour of Valladolid, where they should've let us 1 hour, instead of only 30 minutes. Chichen Itza was wonderful, we had a guide that gave us many historical information. If you travel to this part of the world visiting Chichen Itza is a must. You will remember it forever. At the end the cenotes was simply spectacular, nature at its best. These people organising the tour they really work their socks off, from the guide inside the coach to the drivers. I send you a big thank you.

Had better - The tour guide Jesus was pretty knowledgeable but I’m highly annoyed that we waited at each stop a good 20 minutes for those who decided to be late. I didn’t like how they spent so much time trying to bum up tips from you as they were going back to the hotels. The Cenote and Chichén Itzá were amazing but the Mayan village and lunch were just so so.

Very good tour!!!! - Pros: This tour is very good... We enjoyed Chichen Itza - it was hot but bring fan, umbrella, water and sunblock. Cenote is only 1 hour :( and Valladolid Church 30 mins. The lunch buffet was good. Transportation is comfortable and clean. Ernesto was nice we gave him good tip. I recommend this tour. Cons: They pick us at 7am at our hotel. The issue is until 9:50am they still picking up people from different locations without telling us. You should inform people who's already in the bus the time of the tour. We didn't have enough time at the Cenote and Valladolid. But we still enjoy the tour

Great experience - Ok it was a great trip. I'm saying this first if you want more time and each place this is something u should do on your own and not in a big group. Yes we had 2 hours at Chichen Itza but by the time u get off bus, get tickets and stand in line through security. Your time goes down. U have to take in account for all that. We got like 30mins on our own after the guided tour. To take pictures and to walk around to see everything. They do have vendors there. Way cheaper than the place you stop first for lunch. They tell you not to buy from them cuz they will scam you. Yes if u don't know what your doing they will get you. One of the vendors tried to tell me I could have something for free lol. Yeah ok. Same with the other places you go ur in a hurry and feels rushed. So again if u want more time don't book with a large tour. We had a bus full. The buffet was awesome the food was great. I gave it 4 stars only because it just felt rushed. I give props to the diver at the center who found my phone. My daughter had jumped off the ledge and ended doing a belly flop. She started crying and was hurting. Without realizing I didn't have my phone around my neck I put it down and swam to her. I felt the people were awesome and nice every place we stopped. Thank you for all the info and knowledge the tour guides had.

Chichen itza and cenote tour - The tour started on a pick up point closed to my hotel. Then they take you to the main place where you pay the extra money 30USD, get a bracelet and a sticker with the name of your tour guide and the bus number. The bus left around 8.30am. We arrived at a restaurant around 11am. There you have lots of souvenirs and a buffet lunch with not many vegetarian options and the food is not great. After that you go to Chichen Itza and get 2 hours to visit. Then the cenote where you get 1 hour. And then valladolid city for 30mins. We left valladolid at around 6.30pm and arrived at Playa del Carmen at 9pm. It's a very long day but you get to do many things.

Interesting, but with lengths - The cenote was incredible, but the time allocated was much too short, our guide was very interesting about the pyramid, but the journey was really long and a stop at a marketplace was also much too long

Tour lasts 16 hours! - Tour lasts 16 hours! If you want to sit 8 hours on a bus, this is the tour for you. We were picked up at 7:15 am, and left back at the hotel at 23:20. We went to unnecessary spots, such as a "souveniers and artisan" shop, where everything was made in China. Every tour in Playa del Carmen forces you to visit a Cenote and a very boring small town. I just wanted to see Chichen Itza! Still, this is the cheapest tour, at least that's one good thing. The tour guide unfortunately never gave any valuable or new information to us, except at Chichen Itza.

Long tiring day - Booking through viator was so easy and efficient and the price was right. The tour company was very well organized and communicated immediately after booking and throughout the process. The tour guides were decent. The meal was ok. The bus was comfortable and clean. I do have a couple negative comments about the tour to share as a warning to others 1. The process of the pick up from the hotel, transport to the “shop” in playa for payment of tax, and organizing and loading of buses, multiple additional passenger pick ups on the way, and drop offs after was extremely long 2. There was an unexpected stop at a “mayan collective market” where the restaurant was which took over an hour. I’m sure the tour company got kick back. Total waste of time and over priced 3. The actual cite visits were very rushed…only two hours at chichenitza, one hour at the cenote, and half an hour in Valladolid. 4. Very Long day most of it spent in the bus- left the hotel at 7:20am and didn’t get back until almost 10pm.
