Excellent tour with NS Vacations - Had a fantastic day with NS Vacations, picked up promptly by Fran & Miguel to arrive at chichen itza early before the crowds and heat. Miguel is very knowledgable and explained everything about Mayan culture. The cenotes are a welcome break from the heat and in our opinion Ek Balam is the best ruins to visit as you can access each temple and at the top there are amazing views over the jungle.

Great visit to Mayan ruins - Chichen Itza + Ek Balam (incl cenote) - An amazing trip with Miguel as our guide and Fran as our driver. We were a small Group of 7 and saw the spectacular sites of Chichen Itza (truely one of the 7 wonders) but also Ek Balam that was as amazing and here we could climb the temple. Great visit to Hubiku cenote and a nice cool swim. Highly recommendable

Thank you very much to our Guide Miguel for welcoming us in a friendly and familiar way. He is a great communicator and knowledgeable about Mayan culture. And also thank Fran, our driver, for providing us with comfort and the best services. Excellent!!!👌

Very complete and recommended - The guide Miguel and the driver Frank have made us spend an incredible day visiting Chichen Itza, the Hubiku cenote and the balam. We would repeat without hesitation. They picked us up at 6:10 and we returned to Playa del Carmen at 7:30 p.m., perfect times to avoid being with many people in Chichen Itza.

Awesome experience, but come prepared - We had our two kids of about 10 years old with us. Our guide Miguel gave great information, was engaging and kept it fun and interesting. Large sun hats, sunglasses, light clothing, umbrellas for the sun and a small backpack for water and souvenirs are a must, it gets HOT. If you're not prepared you're in for a miserable day, and it'll be entirely your fault. Raul was very responsive and accommodating as well. Strongly recommend, this was a great experience.
