Worth the Price - Ivan is a great guide and Jorge is a great driver! Ivan has great energy and tried to make everyone happy and comfortable. He was inclusive of every patron and very knowledgeable. We appreciate everything he did to make our day enjoyable and memorable. He even made some special considerations for my husband and I, as newlyweds. The only downside to our experience was time management. They picked us up later than expected and there were several stops along the way to pickup other patrons before our official journey had begun, including switching tour buses. This cut into our tour experience, because we were supposed to be allotted 2 hrs at the cenote sight, but were only given an hour. In other countries, it has worked better for the tour agencies to deploy multiple smaller vans, simultaneously, so all passengers are picked up and enroute to arrive at the tour bus at one time/central location.
