Amazing time - The tour guide and driver were amazing. They really have the day planned out perfectly. We especially enjoyed the pace that they provided us. I would do this again with my friends and family.

Highly recommend! - Eder and Sergio were awesome! Sergio expertly and safely drove us around all day. Bus was on time, comfortable enough, good temperature, and he even made a quick stop for us all to get coffee/snacks for the ride. Polite, friendly, professional. Eder was our guide and was obviously dedicated to providing a comprehensive explanation of the places, people, culture, and history of the places. He went above and beyond showing us pictures/videos/maps not included at the sites to further illustrate. Definitely glad we had him with us as he provided a lot more information and context than was on the signs at the sites. He also clearly explained rules and procedures of the places we visited and points of interest we could explore in our free time there. Patient with us tourists and charismatic. Highly recommend, thank you thank you thank you Sergio and Eder!!

Great experience - We had a really nice trip with Miguel and Franklin. Miguel was a passionate tour guide with a good sense of humor. We can highly recommend this tour as we got to Chichen Itza really early, before it was grouded. We also had the cenote mostly to ourselves and the tour to Ekbalam was also a great experience. Miguel collects the entry fees at the beginning of the trip, so it is easier and faster to buy the tickets for the whole groupt together. A point we would like to highlight is the great communication of the Company. They contacted us via Whatsapp before the start of the trip and gave lots of status updates.

Small group to Chichen Itza - We were picked up at the supermarket down the road and right from the start Miguel made the trip interesting. His knowledge on Mayan culture was huge and fascinating. We were taken around Chichen Itza and given loads of interesting information. Then moved on to Cenote cave. The place was quiet with hardly any people there, it was beautiful. There was a buffet lunch which hit the spot, then onto Ek Balam another beautiful place with loads of interesting buildings. The tour was great and Miguel made the day very interesting. We would highly recommended it! Worth paying a little more for the small group and the great tour guide.

Thanks Miguel and Franklin!!! - Great trip! I definitely recommend it. You’re in for a long day full of adventure. Our guide was very informative. Early morning was the right call for Chichen Itza. We enjoyed our included lunch. Plenty of options available. Drinks were provided by the restaurant for a cost. ‘Ek Balam was the highlight at the end of our trip. The tour provided water which was greatly needed after that climb!

Regular experience - The guided tour was good overall. We visited the 3 places (chichen itza, cenote and ek balam). The time in chichen itza is VERY LITTLE, only half of the ruins are toured and the guide who touched us (Eder) did not provide very relevant information regarding the ruins. On the other hand, 1250MX is charged for supposed “taxes” and when you see the billboard of income to chichen itza and ek balam the taxes of INAH are 100 pesos (I don’t know where those 1250MX come from). When he arrived at chichen itza, the guide Eder approached a boy and said “here is everything and includes your part”. While e price + “taxes” is fine for the excursion, it annoys a little the way they charge it. That said, the experience was regular because of the knowledge of the guide and the tax scam, making these two points all was excellent.

Good tour but could use some improvements with the transport - Overall a good tour with 3 good destinations, wish we had at least an extra 30 min for both Chichen Itza and the Cenote. Driver and tour guide were good, but did not find the guide as informative or engaging as I would've liked. Some constructive feedback for the tour company: squeezing 19 people in the van was very tight and uncomfortable, if we knew it was this bad we probably would not have booked it. You definitely need either a bigger vehicle or have smaller groups with more seating room with seats that DO NOT recline so much.
