Best tour ever! - We had an amazing experience on the trip. It was planned well and executed with perfection. There was a lot of travel involved but the driver ensured that we were at all points on schedule. Karla ensured that the right expectations were set and people were briefed about the timings before we set for the next attraction. The lunch buffet was great, especially after the travel. Our highlight of the trip was our guide, Roberto. He was specially assigned for the English speaking crowd and he is extremely knowledgable on Mayan culture, the architecture and acoustics at the Chichen Itza tour. Well worth the money spent.

Excellent tour - I really liked the experience, the pyramid is very nice and the cenote is amazing. The service is very good, everyone attended us very kindly, the guide Lalo was excellent and the price is adequate (consider that you have to pay additional tax and access)

A great trip! - It was a lot of time in the bus but it was worth it for the safe transport to multiple spots. Our guide was knowledgeable and translated in English and Spanish.

Too much time occupied into push selling things at high prices - The tour is too lengthy most of the times being pushed into stores to buy stuff from them. The guide starts selling stuff in the bus itself and also starts collecting money for purchases when you reach there to 'help you save time'. Even during lunch you need to stop at different stores on the way before you reach the tables. Needless to mention the lunch was awful and while returning early from lunch saw the guides collecting their commissions from the stores. Needless to say the the items they try to sell you are pricy. I asked price of a wooden mask and it was 500$.

An Overall Average Tour of Beautiful Sights. - I cannot give more than 3 stars with good conscience as the tour was average overall. It began with the coach arriving about 30 minutes late for the pick-up, which was disappointing as there was no communication and I was unable to reach them via the contact number. It left me anxious that we’d been missed or the trip was cancelled. Chichén Itzá was interesting and worth seeing with the English-speaking tour guide there, however the tour was very unorganised - they walked off as we were still getting through the barriers and we had no idea where our group went. We ended up missing the beginning of the tour. This was most disappointing as we were with a child and pushchair and would have thought the tour guide would at least check everyone was there and give clear directions. Before Chichén Itzá, we were taken to tourist traps - places where you’re pressured to buy souvenirs for about 30 minutes with some story about how mystic they were. The items were pretty but not something of interest on a tour that was already late. The Mexican buffet provided was very good, with plenty of options and variety. Some drinks were not included but were not unreasonably priced. The visit to the Cenote was nice as was the chance to explore a bit in Valladolid although we were very tired by then from a long day with a lot of time just driving on the coach. On the coach, for most of the journey, the tour guide seemed to favour native speakers and was less inclined to make effort with English speakers. For example, he handed out some items as part of the tour and showed most of the coach but seemingly couldn’t be bothered to walk to us sat at the back, even though I was interested. This happened on several occasions. On the trip back, he was requesting tips and made a point that it was optional for good service, upon approaching me, I was polite and apologised that I had no cash with me (I was paying by card everywhere) and he made a rude loud comment for everyone to hear that he forgot I was poor or something. To be clear, I didn’t tip not only because I had no cash but also the service received wasn’t exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the sights on the trip but felt the obvious tourist traps coupled with discriminatory behaviour from the tour guide meant that you’d be better off booking another tour if you’re English-speaking - there’s plenty of them!
