Long day, but worth it. - After reading the other reviews I was a little worried, however we had a great time. Hector and the rest of the team (I already forgot their names) were great. Yes it is a long tour. The ruins alone are over 2 hours away so please be prepared for a long day. The bus was very comfortable and Hector was both informative and funny. We were at the cenote for around an hour which seemed like plenty of time. The lunch at the Mayan village (Yaax Kiin) was quite nice. I’m not sure how long we were there but it wasn’t rushed. The coffee shop there was fantastic. Best coffee so far in Mexico in my opinion. We had around 2 hours at the ruins which was plenty of time and it included a guided tour. Finally we stopped in Valladolid for about a half hour. I think I would have loved to explore longer but it was already such a long day. We had churros and people watched until it was time to leave. All in all, it was a great tour and I’m really glad we did it.

Well Worth It!! - The pickup and drop off was super easy and convenient. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The first two stops at Valladolid and the cenote were quick but you do not need much time there. Chichén Itzá did not disappoint. A good deal for the all of the attractions you get to see.

Very grateful - The tour and the places are beautiful, but the attention is first class to such an extent that I forgot expensive glasses on the bus and they found them and kept them for me. Thank you very much.

An amazing trip. We loved the tours and the swimming. However it lasted 15 hours and we spent 10 hours on the coach, much longer - We loved the tours, the lunch, Valladolid and the swimming. An amazing day. The tour guides were friendly. However too long in the coach.

Good tour. Highly recommend. - I booked two tours - Chichen Itza and Ek Balam. My guide for both tours was Jerry. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Adventures and Jerry to see both site. Jerry is very knowledgeable about the sites and speaks excellent English, so he was very easy to converse with. Each tour combines a visit to the site and a cenote. You will eat a buffet lunch at the cenotes. The tour includes transportation, site tickets and lunch.

Over 12 hours of trying to sell people things. Actual time at sites less than 3 hours. - First of all, the staff was nice. However, the tour was a big disappointment. We didn’t get to Chichén Itzá until 7 hours (!) after the pickup time. A drive that would usually take just over 2 hours. We picked up several guests that meant driving a detour. The first stop was a systematic sales event where we were moved through different stores and sections like cattle. Chains were closed before and after each part so you couldn’t escape. A ceremony and dances were performed. Lunch was okay and as expected. At the historic site, we didn’t have much time because the park closed soon. From there we drove to the Cenote. Again, close to the time they closed it. It was already getting dark. In Valladolid we had 20 minutes in the darkness to see the cathedral. In total the tour took way over 12 hours. We had to be at the meeting point at 7:40 and didn’t make it back until 11:30 PM. The total time at the actual sites was under 3 hours. This being said, we will choose a different tour next time and do not recommend it. Especially the focus on the sales part and the additional stop at the village was not as described and was totally unnecessary. Even on the way there, they constantly tried to sell you things (bug spray, a Maya birth certificate, coffee, etc.). It felt like a typical tourist trap that we definitely learned from.

Disappointed - This was probably the worst trip advisor tour I have had. Particularly because the tour guides were not only really wanting to sell us products but because they were also rude. I would ask them questions like “where is lunch going to be?” And they would reply with “ I told you to wait inside for the next event”; when the question was repeated they looked at me like I was stupid and repeated their comment which never answered my question. This occurred multiple times. The same thing happened when my mom would as things like “ how long is the commute going to be for our next stop?” And he would say rude comments like “ youre not paying attention, why aren’t you paying attention to what I said” - when he did not mention anything about commute time. Their condescending and rude comments made the trip extremely frustrating. Additionally, our first stop was at a Mayan “ritual” which was made of fake flowers and clearly a way to lure tourists in; the “chosen” ones were then offered to see a shaman who then would offer to “cure them” for only 4000 MEX pesos ($200USD!!). That stop was way too long, followed by a chocolate tasting, which was an absolute joke. Terribly put together and very unhygienic. By the time we got to the cenote, the sun was gone and it was cold. That should have been the first stop to have truly enjoyed it. All in all, I felt not very well taken care of by the tour guides. In the last village we only had 20 mins there (even though we had spent over an hour in the mayan “ritual”) and I had to run to the bathroom. By the time I got back the bus had left. And after contacting the organizer, the tour guides had nothing but rude comments to say of how irresponsible we were. They were not willing to listen to what happen and did not care. It is a shame, I hope you find a different tour company or have better luck.

Caribe mex tours staff... - Caribe mex tours staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and family. When you would ask questions they would ignore us. The information given on the tour bus was horrible he spoke more Spanish than English and I ask for English speaking. I felt they were being prejudice because we were the only blacks on the bus. When I called TripAdvisor to complain they did not and even apologize nor a refund nothing. I would not recommend using this company caribe mex tours customer service is 0 out 10
