Full day - Full day! I went with Julio and Valentine. Julio was a great guide, he made our trip very entertaining with his jokes. And they were both very attentive throughout. Or I recommend 100% Chichen Itza spectacular, refreshing cenote, good food and Valladolid has its charm

doubt - I have doubts, I'll stay in an Airbnb near the palapas, how far is it from the meeting point? Someone could contact me or give me a number since they do not answer on the phone of the page

Long day, but worth it. - After reading the other reviews I was a little worried, however we had a great time. Hector and the rest of the team (I already forgot their names) were great. Yes it is a long tour. The ruins alone are over 2 hours away so please be prepared for a long day. The bus was very comfortable and Hector was both informative and funny. We were at the cenote for around an hour which seemed like plenty of time. The lunch at the Mayan village (Yaax Kiin) was quite nice. I’m not sure how long we were there but it wasn’t rushed. The coffee shop there was fantastic. Best coffee so far in Mexico in my opinion. We had around 2 hours at the ruins which was plenty of time and it included a guided tour. Finally we stopped in Valladolid for about a half hour. I think I would have loved to explore longer but it was already such a long day. We had churros and people watched until it was time to leave. All in all, it was a great tour and I’m really glad we did it.

Well Worth It!! - The pickup and drop off was super easy and convenient. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The first two stops at Valladolid and the cenote were quick but you do not need much time there. Chichén Itzá did not disappoint. A good deal for the all of the attractions you get to see.

Very grateful - The tour and the places are beautiful, but the attention is first class to such an extent that I forgot expensive glasses on the bus and they found them and kept them for me. Thank you very much.

Things I Wish I Knew Before Booking.. - Although the tour guide was great, there were a lot of things I wish I had known before going on this tour as it was not mentioned on their TripAdvisor page. 1) The first being that this was a 15-hour trip that could have easily been condensed into a shorter time. We spent almost 2 hours on each side driving down the coast of Mexico picking up other visitors. Once everyone is picked up, it's another 2 hours to the Cenote/Chichen Itza. Around 60% of this trip will be spent sitting on a bus. I was picked up at 7:30am and did not get to the Cenote for another four hours. 2) Water and snacks are NOT included on the bus. They will cost you extra. You will only get one free meal (around 2pm), so many of us went all morning without any food or water. The restaurant where the food is provided also does not include water, so you will have to pay for that too. Make sure to bring a lot of cash because there are several extra charges that are not mentioned. Another is that if you forget bug spray or sunscreen, that is an extra $10 each. 3) I also wished I had known that this tour would be mostly in Spanish. As someone who only speaks English, I felt as though I was missing out on the whole experience. Our tour guide would speak 90% in Spanish and then throw in a few words of English. If I were to do this again, I would prioritize a private English-speaking tour. The best part of this experience was seeing the Chichen Itza, which I've wanted to see for years. Everything else could have been scrapped, and I wish I had been warned beforehand!
