A perfect tour for the whole family - We take our children and we all enjoy it. Chichen Itza was very educational hand in hand with our local guide, the children enjoyed the cenote, they did not want to leave.

Chichen Itxa and beyond - I had already heard of Chichen Itxa, but seeing him in person was awesome. Besides, swimming in the cenote was like being in another world. A great day

Misleading Itinerary, Limited English, Long Day with Delays - This tour was disappointing due to misleading itinerary details and delays. The 7:00 am start included multiple pickups and meeting points, causing frustration. While our guide Carlos was knowledgeable and friendly, he spent most of the time speaking in Spanish. It took over 5 hours to reach the first stop, a Mayan village not listed on the itinerary, which felt like a tourist trap selling local merchandise. After a decent buffet lunch, we visited Chichen Itza for a couple of hours, where our English guide Roberto was excellent. We then had an hour to explore on our own before heading to Cenote Samaal, which was beautiful but only had 60 minutes to enjoy it. The final stop was Valladolid, where we had just 20 minutes to see the cathedral and grab a snack. The drive back took 3 hours, with confusion over drop-offs extending the tour to 15 hours instead of the expected 12. If you're English-speaking, I recommend a smaller group tour for a better experience and more time at each site.

Caribe mex tours staff... - Caribe mex tours staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and family. When you would ask questions they would ignore us. The information given on the tour bus was horrible he spoke more Spanish than English and I ask for English speaking. I felt they were being prejudice because we were the only blacks on the bus. When I called TripAdvisor to complain they did not and even apologize nor a refund nothing. I would not recommend using this company caribe mex tours customer service is 0 out 10
