Recommended!! - This all day tour was as expected and advertised. We had a pick up from Hotel then transported to a Tour Bus. First visited Cenote Hubiku then Chichen Itza and finally town of Valladolid. The Tour guide and staff were very helpful, spoke good English and were informative. Good value for the money and timely. Finally dropped off at the hotel 9pm local time.

Amazing Experience! - What a great experience! Sergio was amazing and so knowledgeable. He also assisted when I got a little dehydrated and overheated. He took great care of us and I would highly recommend!

Must see while in Mexico - Trip was a lot of fun, picked up on time, rode in an air conditioned bus all day (which was clutch since it was over 100 degrees, without added humidity!) Cenote was perfect, clean and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The food was amazing! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour.

Chichen Itza Discovery Day - The visit itself is very friendly, we are introduced to a very beautiful site, the guide in French very appreciable. On the other hand the bus with the tours of the hotels, we were picked up first, we were dropped off last and it's been a very, very long day. In addition the last visit to Valladolid we flew over because late and the bus did not find to stop

Great day trip! - This was a very good tour and I recommend it. The hotel pickup was super convenient and the bus was airconditioned and comfortable. The tour guide, Angel Gabriel, was fabulous. I really enjoyed seeing the Temple of Kukulkan and learning some Mayan history from Angel. The cenote was great and was my favorite part of the trip, but the buffet lunch left something to be desired. I would have preferred more authentic Mayan cuisine. I did feel a little rushed at some points, but I do understand that we had a schedule to keep. I also recommend taking a sweatshirt for the cold AC in the bus, and a towel for the cenote unless you want to rent one, which was $2 USD.

Amazing and worth it - The first stop was a waste of time , just a sales stop really but lunch was good after that it’s amazing but it’s all day so be prepared . You will be in awe of the pyramid we bought most of our souvenirs there from the locals all on the cheap . The Cenote was amazing but wish that part was longer you are only given a hour and takes about 20 min to just get your stuff to get in . The tour guide and bus driver are on point guided us well got us

I hated the service - They charge a lot of money for no reason and they are very uncomfortable imagine charging you administration fees after booking online what kind of scam is that

Pick a different Chichén Itzá Tour - The whole day was hectic and unmanaged. The Tour guide was responsible for 2 different language group which I am sympathetic to but it was handled poorly. Instead of going through all the instructions with one language and then going through the instructions in another language. She bounced back and forth every few sentences between Spanish and English. By the time I realized she was talking in English again, it was already halfway through her statements and back to Spanish. Phrases like "We meet back where we leave" are very vague. Leave the bus? Leave the group? Also when? My wife and I had no idea what time to meet back up with the tour guide or where to meet. At one point I was seriously worried about being left behind. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the tour group stuck together but the majority of the sites were "Ok we are here, go explore". The tour felt more like a bus drive than a guided tour. I think we had a total of 45m over the 8 hours we were in a guided tour guide group. There are lots of viator options to go to Chichen Itza, pick a different one.

No show on day of excursion - I was very excited about this tour. I texted and called the tour guide early on the day of to no avail. I then called viator customer support to try and check in with the tour operators. They were also unable to get in contact with the tour operator. In short, I ended up wasting a whole morning on my vacation waiting for them to simply no show and ignore all calls and messages. Horrible company. Do not recommend.
