Wow, unbelievable show, great friendly staff, what a night!!!! - Wow What can I say, me and my fiancee went to the show, we paid for gold tickets and we were not disappointed, our glasses were never empty, our waiter service was a different level, Antonio was always there checking if we wanted drinks, my fiancée chopped and changed her drinks all night and nothing was too much trouble for Antonio, as soon as I finished my drink a fresh one would arrive, we had great seats looking down onto the show, and it far exceeded our expectations, we had our food no problem and all the staff were very friendly, The show!! Oh my word it had everything, Rolling Stones, Kiss, Micheal Jackson, pirates of the Caribbean and the Spartans just a few to be mentioned, beetle juice and the Mask as well, the show went on and on and was so entertaining, WELL WORTH THE MONEY. Thank you for a great night that will stay in our memories forever.

Show excelent but food poor - Even though we bought from the most expensive category, they made us queue at the door. Later, an officer asked us how much we paid for the ticket. When we said 195 USD, he took us out of the queue and took us in from a separate place. The hamburgers were extremely small and the fries that came with them were few and very bad. For this price, we could at least have a meal like the one in the photos. We went without eating because our friends who had gone before said it was very filling, but we remained hungry. Also, the waiters have a lot of contact during the service. Yes, we are going to have fun, but this does not require them to come into contact with so many customers. And even though it was empty, they made us sit at the bottom of the row and kept the middle row empty until the end of the night. They said that if we had bought a ticket from the box office, we would have sat in the middleBut the show was perfect, I don't understand how 4 hours passed.

SO much fun! - I went with my 18 year old daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had a blast! This was such a unique experience. Part dance club, part Cirque du Soleil style show, along with impersonators and an overall fun time. I got the VIP package and I'm glad I did so we didn't have to stand on the dance floor all night. I highly recommend this experience!

Sensory fun overload - Most surreal and overwhelming club experience ever. Be ready to dance and scream. Continuous 4 hours of entertainment, performances and dancing. Drinks are good, even snacks served. Pay a little extra for the table, a better experience!

Terrible start but really good show - Transportation was arrange 2 days before event but it never turned up to take us. We were not told about any problems, only found out after chasing, the Viator tour operator wasn’t any help was just told to get a taxi. We ended up getting a taxi at our expense even though this was supposed to be included. When we arrived even though we were “Gold VIP” we had to join a queue which took 25mins to get inside and then because we booked though Viator we had to join a second queue inside to get wristbands….so you definitely don’t queue jump or enter early as stated when buying this deal! After all that we didn’t get inside until 10.40 and the place was packed as lots of people jumped in front of us. We did get seats but were squashed on the end of a row. After this, the evening was better. Waiter was good at bringing drinks, although very watered down. The show itself was excellent and was a good night. We got transportation on the way home but took over an hour to get to hotel although we were only about 15mins away. My advice would be to book direct with venue and then you don’t have to double queue and get there early so you get decent seats.

Not our scene - Though the show was very good; the performers are quite talented, the segments are separated by 15-30 min of club style music. We found it a long wait between the performances. But if you enjoy loud dance music and dancing, this probably won’t be an issue for you.

Overrated/overpriced nightclub - Basically paid for an overrated nightclub. We got gold member tickets and we got sat under a ledge so couldn’t see any of the aerial acrobats which is majority of the show. Also could see some of the stage due to ledge we were under. Shows get quite repetitive as does the dancing girls. Really had high hopes and heard good things but honestly probably the worst night we had at Mexico, entertainment was better/just as good at the hotel.

Rip off and a con - So paid 100 dollars a ticket to go experience coco bongo’s. Basically got one drink then had to upgraded as it was havock which cost 600 dollars and got a table right by the stage with a non descript cheap bottle of vodka. Could not see anthing as had to look up. To get a drink after you had to keep tipping or you were ignored otherwise and only had the option of cheap vodka or tequila. Its not what it says it is at all and is actually a tourist trap. If you see a rep on the beach or hotel tell them to do one. For the same price or less you can have a much better night elsewhere.
