Great fun - I had an amazing time. I just rode both girls and another couple and they were acting wild and we didn’t get to enjoy the ATV as we wanted our group came back after 5-10 minutes

Try another tour (Tequila tasting was amazing) - This experience really deserves only one or two stars, but the fire show at the end and the tequila portion saved it. We were picked up on time in a decent looking van with another mother-daughter(s) group and a solo traveler. We ended up bonding with all the women. When we got to the grounds it was so beautiful, and we seen a huge polo field that we assumed we would be horseback riding on (boy were we wrong) my mom had probably the worst "frozen" margarita ever that was salty after she asked for a non-salt rim and the blender had to be from 1985 because it didn't blend anything at all. The "bartender" was very argumentative. They were very pushy about purchasing $10 lockers, we can't have a fanny pack or small backpack on the ATV or horse, yet you want us to pay to lock up our stuff? Please make it make sense! We fought this and didn't pay anything. They also wanted us to leave our phones which my mom was not comfortable with. We were all Black women in the jungle with basically strangers and she didn't feel comfortable without her phone. The tour was $100/pp which wasn't bad for all the things we did, HOWEVER they expect tips after every service. By the time we got to the end to enjoy our two free tacos there was a terrific fire show that actually deserved tips, but everyone was out of money at this point because we were expected to tip along the way. The ziplining was just okay 3/5, horseback riding was boring 1/5 and the ATV's were fun even though we got the rain aftermath so we were filthy. Everyone's ATV broke down at least once, mine was beyond raggedy 4/5. Tequila tasting 5/5 he was so nice, entertaining, and enjoyable.

HORRIBLE Experience ATV’s poorly maintained, poor communication - This was hands down the WORST tour I have ever taken. The pick up from the hotel went fine it was a shared ride so we stopped at 2 other hotels on the way. Then the communication stopped. We were dropped off and told to wait here, as we had gotten the horseback riding option. We were met by our tour guide Mr H. We gather with other parties to do the horseback riding which was pretty decent. But then it went downhill fast,,,,we finished our ride while another group was walking past us to do theirs. We sat and were told nothing just wait here. Tour guide disappeared and we realized we had to wait for the other group to finish their ride. Once that was completed we gathered our belongings and got on a bus that was in poor shape, with torn, wet seat and water marks all other the ceiling to go the cenote. We decided we did not wish to get in, but as we watched others they were hurried and given no direction on how long they could be in or when we were leaving. Then out of the blue they told us hurry up we have to go now. Most of those that went into the water did not even get a chance to change. Back on the disgusting bus to the area where we did the ATV’s, zip line and Tequila tasting. Again no communication no direction attempting to follow the person in front of you like a herd. Left in a seating are unsure why we were there or how long we would wait. We were never told what event was next. They then finally got us set up for the ATV’s, they had a ton of them covered in mud lined up. They gave ZERO instruction on operation and just said go. Now these ATV’s are flat out death traps: broken parts, mismatched, bald worn tires, no brakes or single wheel lock up, under powered or stopped working during the ride. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for tourist!! I am an experience rider on both ATV’s and motorcycles and I fought my entire ride to try to keep the ATV on the track and not in the trees or the person in front of me. You are constantly trying to make way as they have oncoming buggy traffic. Also make sure you are prepared to get what ever you are wearing COVERED in mud. Not a big deal just something to keep in mind, They then hurry you to get your helmet off with a minute or so to rinse off your mud covered body and back to wandering. No direction, guessing at where we were going only knowing we were headed in the right direction by seeing the “paparazzi” as they call them. The zip lines were without incident but slow and definitely NOT EXTREME. The tequila tasting was fun with the obvious hard sell to buy some. But the line to try to check out was insane and we had no clue where to go. We were promised a snack but had no clue how to get it. Turns out you were supposed to sit in the “dining area” but they ask you what your group number is which of course we were NEVER given, they ask our guide’s name when we say Mr H they have NO CLUE who we are talking about. We finally sit down and got our 2 complimentary tacos and the sell of our pictures around $100 US airdropped to you. Again stand around wait and have no clue what we are supposed to do next, no sign of tour guide NOTHING!! We had to contact another employe who told us someone would be by. Someone finally came by and gave us vague directions to go in a general direction where we were all herded into a large area where they yelled out names that you could barely hear to get us with our rides home. Finally make sure to bring your own water and snacks. They will not provide you with water you must buy it and the snack they provide is not until about 1pm which is a long time. In addition they lied about the locker they are $10 not $5 not sure if they meant per person or what but make sure you have enough. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere…. Find a better company and keep yourself and your family safe, someone is going to get seriously injured here!!
