A day of fun - We had a great time! Christian was a knowledgeable tour guide and made the entire day fun. The Ik Kil cenote is beautiful and was a refreshing thing to do before we went to the Chichen Itza site. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. We didn't go into the second cenote - we found hammocks nearby and enjoyed the weather.

Ideal excursion! Highly recommended! - I want to highlight the attention we received from the guides Roberto and Marina, they informed us at all times what we were going to do, what time we had to be at each place. Very attentive at all times. The archaeological zone was very good (bring a hat or cap because the heat is UNBEARABLE). Bringing up this personal topic, it's very good. Then we went through an Oxman cenote, to cool off and swim a little. And we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch. Thanks for the service

One of our best trips, excellent service - We couldn't not go to see the famous pyramid of Chichen Itza! We loved the walk, pure history and very interesting! Wear loose clothing because it's very hot! Thank you!

Once-in-a-Lifetime - This trip was exceptional. The combination of history, exciting nature adventures, and Mayan food made the trip worthwhile. The travel company was excellent, communicating well throughout. The only drawback is that it’s a 4 hour drive to Chichen Itza from Cancun, but it’s worth it to such amazing ruins. I highly recommend this tour.

7/10 - I’d give it a 7/10, we liked the cenotes and the stop in Valladolid(so much we went back by ourselves the next day). Chichen Itza itself felt a little rushed, but we did have an hour to ourselves. Our guide was amazing very funny but i felt like he could’ve been a little🤏🏼 more informative about the areas, it could’ve just been the language barrier. He did spend a lot of the time speaking in spanish and relayed the important parts in english but I do feel like we missed out on some stuff because of it. We booked the english tour but it was probably 65% spanish(not at Chichen Itza itself but on the bus)

Beautiful trip - Very nice Trips... excellent explanation from Guide Hector. The wonderful places and the very good food... the only problem is that a tire broke down and we lost a lot of time. The chauffeur super careful if um little angry

Visit to Chichen Iza - I went on July 31, good experience with easy tours, the only bad thing, so to speak, too much heat, what could be improved would be the lunch, we found it more or less, the rest was good, a nice place and the cenote we visited was nice

Cenotes and restaurant were wonderful. The rest of the tour was a shambles. - If you’re English speaking, this isn’t the tour for you. I had difficulty finding an English speaking tour anywhere else. So there weren’t a lot of other options. But I would say the tour was probably 96% in Spanish with English thrown in every other word which didn’t make sense. And sometimes instructions important instructions were given totally in Spanish. The worst part was it was a huge cattle call. We were shuffled on and off three or four different buses throughout the day and there was mass confusion at every stop. When we stopped at the site, there were 12 tour groups all mixed in together and nobody knew what was happening. Worst of all was the tour guide at the pyramids spent more than half the time talking nonsense. And we had no time to look at the pyramids. We ended up walking away halfway through the tour just so we can get a few pictures. On top of that there’s a structure called the Observatory that is world famous. There was no mention of that structure probably because it was a distance away. And we totally missed it. Weren’t even told we could walk to it. Instead of being allowed to go to the observatory, we have to save time during the day to stop in the little village. Which was totally unnecessary. On the plus side the cenote that we swim in were absolutely beautiful and a wonderful experience. Along with the lunch, which was excellent.

Don’t expect all that is offered at booking - The destinations were amazing, getting there and back was not! Lacking in organization and communication. And a staff member insulted us because we weren’t fluent in Spanish.
