Incredible - If you are hesitating to do this tour don’t!! This was an incredible tour!! Unfortunately we could not do the turtles portion secondary to the weather but the company immediately refunded that portion of the tour and we did the Ruins and the Cenotes and still had an incredible time. Our guide for the Mayan Ruins was incredibly knowledgeable and very passionate about the history and made the tour all the more entertaining for our 4 teenagers. Terry was our guide for the cenotes. Terry was amazing!! He is very eco-conscious and incredibly knowledgeable about the Mayan traditions, the flora and fauna in the area and the cenote we were in. Again our 4 teenagers really thought the cenote was incredible secondary to all of his knowledge that he shared with us. Our family highly recommends this tour and you must ask for Terry and Speedy Gonzalez!!

3 activities that will leave you with memories and experiences for a lifetime. - Excellent tour, both the guide Juan and the driver Benjamín, very friendly and attentive, made the entire tour very enjoyable. The ruins of Tulum are wonderful, the guide we had knew a lot, answered questions, and in general made the tour very interesting. The cenote ufff great, very good experience as well as swimming with turtles. All the times in the different places are good, just to enjoy everything. Aah, the food is also super delicious.

Cenotes are incredible - had a great time, sadly the weather meant that we had to skip out on the turtles but the cenotes and the mayan ruins were amazing experiences, plus we were given the option of a full refund, rebooking it or a partial refund with the other two events which we decided upon. Our guide Terry was incredible, very knowledgeable and he was extremely careful to guide us with knowledge on how to minimize our impact on the environment, and he took care of us very well. I would highly recommend anybody to go on this event especially with a guide like Terry and his right hand man, affectionately called speedy gonzalez.

Amazing tour guide and incredible experience! - Our tour was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Terry was incredibly informative and we enjoyed how passionate he was about preserving the natural beauty of the cenote. He was very honest as we went through the caves, letting us know that it was the highest the water level had ever been in his time! His experience truly shows through his calmness and care for our safety and transparency. We had an amazing time seeing the ruins and traveling through the cenotes. Highly recommend this experience!

Terry made it the best! - I have been here before and I must say, our tour guide, Terry, is a true advocate for keeping the ruins, the Cenotes, the wildlife and Mother Nature itself well preserved as well as all it’s visitors safe. I have been here a number of times over the years and before tourism in the Maya Riviera was as big as it is now. Terry is a rare advocate for keeping things preserved for generations to come in the current booming tourism of this region. He is well informed, patient, articulate and communicative. Rare qualities in a tour guide these days. He made our trip one of the best ever. We highly recommend the tour and insist on getting Terry as your guide!!

Family fun filled day - We had a group of 15! From ages of 4-65! Jorge was a great guide and we really enjoyed our day. Tulum was pretty and the cenote was spectacular. The kids loved the cave and all the bats! The only bummer was rough water at Akumal (swimming with turtles) water was brown and it wasn’t as pretty as I had hoped for and there were too many tours going at one time. We did see a few turtles though. The food was delicious and we’d definitely recommend the tour!

What an amazing experience! - A huge thank you to the NS Vacations Tours crew for an amazing and unforgettable experience! Alphonso and Federico made sure we were well looked after and well informed about each of the sites we visited. My mother, sister and partner would all agree that this was an experience that would be hard to forget. The operation was conducted smoothly with an easy booking process and great communication. I would highly recommend the NS Vacations Tours crew if you are looking for a great experience within the Yucatan Penisula.

Fun tour with the family - Our tour was great! Jorge helped our family of 15 navigate all the different locations/stops. We had kids and adults ranging from 4-65. The caves were a lot of fun and refreshing after Tulum (it was hot)! Tulum was a beautiful & historical - I wish we could have gone in the water but it was closed off. Our lunch was delicious. Our last stop in Akumal was a bit disappointing likely due to weather, the water as dark and Cloudy. We did see a few turtles but it was hard to see - and there were too many people snorkeling at a time. Overall we love the tour and Jorge was knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver Luis was kind and helpful. Thank you

Tulum, cenote, turtles - We went for the 3 in 1 tour. Tulum, cenotes and turtles. Tulum was amazing, the cenotes even better. The meal was okay, shame the only drinks offered for free were tea (2 different types). The turtles were beautiful, unfortunately it was very crowded and very hectic, the guides in the water only kept saying vamos, vamos . They did not seem to understand or speak English. The guide from NS tours was very disappointing. I think his name was Enrique?. He paid more attention to the Spanish than to anyone else. He was our guide in the cenote, we kept on having to ask him not to Shine his lamp in our eyes. I have read so much positives over Terry, shame we didn't have him.
