5* must do tour - Tour guide Juan and driver Luis were excellent and provided us with an excellent day. Really recommend, saw lots of turtles and the Cenote was breath taking.

Excellent and wheelchair friendly - Cesar and Karina was excellent guilde would recommend the so helpful and had knowledge on the area and had a great time, help with my auntie who is in a wheelchair so she could still take part

Cenote Cave, Amazing - Amazing cave trip, great tour guide Juan and Cesar our driver. Would recommend to anyone it was an amazing day. Me and my partner also got engaged in the caves and without Juan and Cesars help I couldn’t have done this in the cave.

Sea turtles & cenotaph, so impressed - What an amazing tour, quickest and easiest access we’ve ever experienced. We got out we got out early and beat the crowds. Our guide put us on the excitement and it never let up. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing sea turtle and cenote experience!! - What an amazing experience!! Felipe was right on time and a great driver, and Juan was a knowledgeable and fun guide!! The sea turtles were beautiful to see and it was a great way to observe them. The cenote was so impressive with the clearest water!! It felt like an adventure, but I also felt completely safe with our guide. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Amazing Cenote/sea turtle experience - What an amazing tour with our guide Juan and driver Fredy, both were gracious and kind. They made our tour exciting and special. This denote in particular is very special because of the ease getting into and the clarity of the water. The sea turtle portion was great we got there before the crowd and saw at least a dozen sea turtles. Then the cenotes blew our expectations away. Refreshing and exhilarating, the photographer that joined us also provided great memories. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful turtle swim and cenote - Wonderful experience. Paulo was able to communicate well in both Spanish and English in an entertaining but factual way. We saw many Turtles and other marine life including stingrays (don’t worry nothing scary). Marine biodiversity was a priority and you were required shower off suncream pre swim and you are required to snorkel as walking on the sea grass destroys the food supply for the turtles. The Cenote was another excellent experience but not for the faint hearted or those nervous in water, dark or confined spaces. It’s cold, dark caves but Paulo made us feel at ease, our group was older teens upwards but in another group there were young children who were crying from the start. It’s probably an adult/older teen activity.

BEST experience ever!! - Well let me start by saying... Our driver, Francisco, and our guide, Oscar, were FANTASTICO!!! This was a great tour! We were picked up promptly at our hotel, given very clear instructions at all times, very professional and accommodating! I love that is was a small group (6) Because of the Hurricane weather swirling about the Gulf - the water at the park was a bit cloudy and we were only able to see one turtle. Our guide a the park, Alex, was determined to get us close to at least that one... and she did! Now- mind you when I booked this tour, I thought we were going to swim in a Cenote (in my mind a large pool of fresh water) WHELP!!! When we arrived and Oscar was telling us about the CAVE we were about to enter ~ I got a little panicked!!! My heart started racing and I was not sure I could do it!! I was going to be in water, with a life jacket and floating about inside of Cenote underground - in a cave with bats!! Oscar assured me when we entered the water, that if at ANY TIME I felt I could not go on - I could exit!! I was about to see a cenote cave; a piece of history I so wanted to experience!! Oscar asked me to trust him...I DID!! He took my hand with his finger and he guided me through the lowest part of the cave... it opened up into a large cavern and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! My fears were subsided and they kept asking how I was doing!! Oscar's knowledge of the Cenote and history he shared with us was great!! It was definitely an experience I will always remember!! We had a very tasty lunch afterwards. I Highly recommend you go ... if you are a little leery about going in ~ DO IT!! THANK YOU so much Oscar for helping me to overcome my fear and I am now able to share with others how fantastic this trip was! ~Gina

Turtles and cenote - Everything was professional and proficient from the beginning till the end, from the pick-up at the hotel to the drop back to the hotel. Our driver was Cesar (also known as Tom Cruise) and the tour guide was Pablo. 5 + 🌟 team. Could not fault them on anything. Very punctual, professional, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in every participant. We were very happy with our choice of a tour company. They did not disappoint us.
