The best horseback riding tour ever - This was by far the best horseback riding tour I have ever taken in all of the countries islands any place that I have traveled. I have never had such an amazing experience. The horses are well taken care of the first person I met was one of the managers who was also the vet. The horses are rescues, but look healthy and happy there were also donkeys and goats and pigs and dogs and very well loved. Everything was clean they sanitize the helmets. I’ve never seen that before they gave us hair nuts to wear under the helmets for extra cleanliness. The restrooms were clean. The guides spoke. English were so polite well mannered well dressed. They genuinely cared about the animals. They didn’t try and oversell anything and even the pictures were very reasonably priced. Our guide Fabian was amazing. There were only three people who took the tour and there were four guides one between each one of us for our safety and for the safety of the horses. Orlando was the photographer he went along. He did a great job again, very friendly and professional.I wish you could score 100 because I would give this 100+ highly recommend you don’t want to miss this.

First time rider - I had the best time. It was my first time and all the ranchers were great. Fabian was a wonderful tour guide. Thank you to all of them.

Amazing family experience! - We had a great time at this range. The horses are beautiful and staff so friendly! We really enjoyed it. We bought the pictures but do not have an email and some are missing so if one of you can reach out and maybe send missing ones we would really appreciate it!

Excellent experience - My teenager daughters and I who have never riden horses before absolutely loved and enjoyed this trip. Our guide Paula was amazing, she was very informative and encouraging. My horse Tomato was so calm and gentle ( in fact all the horses were calm and well trained). We had a lovely team of cowboys escorting us. A great way to end the horse riding was to cool off in the cenote. I will definitely go horse riding again and I highly recommend this company to everyone. Drinks and snack were provided. However please check with your booking agent if your weight is going to be fine for the horses, as I'm quite heavy and our agent didn't mention this.

Great staff, boring ride - The staff was amazing. Fabian was our tour guy and Paula was helping him and they were both very friendly and informative about the jungle and the horses and ancient folklore. Plus they both spoke great English and Fabian learned our names quickly. The cowboy assistants helping them were also very nice and helped us mount and dismount the horses. However, this is just a 90 minute trail ride where you're riding nose to butt with the horses in a single line There is no trotting or galloping so if you're looking for something that's just slow walk or you've never been on a horse before, this is fine but if you're looking for something more exciting this might not be it. I personally did not get in the Cenote afterwards because it was a bit cold for me and the air wasn't that hot but most of the group got in and seemed to enjoy it.
