Perfect tour. Very full visit - Perfect tour! The guides were very professional and the tour was very well planned and organized. Both lis guias and the different people from the different points of visit were very friendly and close. It is an excellent tour to learn about Mayan culture, places and gastronomy

Beautiful experience between culture and relaxation - We left in the morning and visited the archaeological sites of Tulum and Coba with very good guides who explained the history of the Mayans by bus and on site. The guides were Javier and Raul (he speaks Italian) both very nice and prepared. We continued with the very good and well-kept buffet lunch and with the bath in two very wild cenotes in nature. And finally they did a demonstration of how to make chocolate directly from the cocoa bean and then we participated in a purifying ritual of a shaman. Really complete and well organized day. They even provided us with a snack in the morning and fresh water all day. I highly recommend it for those who want to discover the Mayan culture and see something outside the village!

If you have time for just one thing - this is it! - This tour was worth it! Our guide Jorge was lighthearted and kept the entire day on time and full of fun. His knowledge of the Mayan culture and the ruins was amazing and the tour was very informative. Swimming in the cenote was a great way to cool off after a busy day. We did get the extra box lunch which was nice to have as buffet lunch is quite late in the day. Highly recommend this tour!

A Fantastic Tour Experience - Our tour was absolutely fantastic! Everything was well-organized, from start to finish, making the day stress-free and enjoyable. The locations we visited were breathtaking, each offering a unique perspective on history and nature.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the cenote in the middle of the jungle – a magical and serene experience that we’ll never forget. The food provided during the tour was also delicious, a perfect complement to the day’s adventures.
A special mention goes to our guide, Gama, and driver, Javier. They were incredible – attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned about our well-being. Their warm and friendly approach made us feel safe and well cared for throughout the tour.
We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore these stunning locations. It’s an unforgettable day, made even better by the amazing staff and seamless organization!

Great day tour between cenotes, tulum and Coba - Excellent day tour with Raul and Javier discovering Mayan culture. I visited tulum (A Mayan port), Coba (A Cerrmonial Center) in both places the guides told us about the traditions and customs of their people, in a very didactic way and with photos of examples answered all the doubts of the group. We went to lunch at a buffet in the middle of the jungle and then visited 2 spectacular cenotes. I liked the ChenHa (which is cave-like). Finally, I tasted a chocoha (hot drink in Mayan language) prepared at the time by the same guides and a liquor called Xtabentun with anais, honey and corn liqueur. Very good experience, 100% recommended! Thanks Raul and Javier. I wait for you in Chile!

Great trip with Perfecto! - This trip was definitely worth it! Our tour guide, Perfecto, was bilingual and very knowledgeable about the history behind the stops. Bring a hat, sunscreen, towels and money if you want to get some merchandise from the gift shops. Rent bicycles or pay ~120pesos for the taxi bicycles at Coba. The earlier your start the better to avoid the other groups and long wait for entry. GoPros and drones not allowed so don’t bother bringing them. Eat a big breakfast because it can be a long day as they will be picking up everyone from multiple hotels & resorts.

Coba and Tulum Mayan Traditions - Me and my partner went on this trip as a part of our trip to Mexico in October 2024.
We both enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide, Mildred, was informative and enthusiastic. She catered to both English and Spanish, and answered questions.
The three stops that we made, to the Tulum ruins, Coba ruins and the Cenote, all had tours and explanations around what went on there and how they had been preserved.
Mildred led the guided tours around both sets of ruins, offered the best picture spots and interesting facts.
The Cenote swimming was a good stop, along with the Mayan blessing and coco tasting.
However, the tour was delayed by an hour due to rain and traffic issues, which we can understand. But, our transport to meet the coach was via a van and stopped in a lay-by on the side of a busy road. The transport back to the hotel undertook the same process on the way back, we were dropped off to a taxi in another lay-by on the side of the road. One thing to note when visiting Tulum ruins is that you can NOT take plastic bottles on to the sight, meaning we had to leave our bottles of water on the coach. If you do not take your own reusable bottle you will have to do the whole tour with no drink until you get back to your transport.
The buffet that was on offer at the Cenote was inedible. The food was bland and cold, whilst flies hovered around whilst eating, the drinks were also not included in the trip, whilst paying $170 for this trip, we would expect drinks to be included. We would recommend either taking food or opting for the boxed lunch.
Overall, we enjoyed our day and learnt about the Mayan culture, traditions and way of life. We would recommend the trip if you are stopping on the Yucatan Peninsula.

BEWARE - We were waiting for the shuttle at the address they provided that was closest to us, which was a 30 minute walk, and they never showed. We got an email after our pickup time saying to disregard our original pickup time and meet at a completely different location (the time had already passed.)
When I called, I was told our pickup location was not an option, yet it was chosen on their website. This was a complete scam. I will be disputing all charges. It was a very disappointing and disheartening experience.
