Its all about the sauce ;-) - We had an amazing time learning to cook these mexican dishes with Chef Coty! She is so friendly, knowledgeable & patient. She is constantly checking on every group to make sure they understand & are doing things correctly. The food turned out so delicious. We did the 3 course meal with ceviche, fish & shrimp cooked in banana leaves & flambeed bananas for desert but it was the detailed sauces that put everything over the top! We dined on the back patio while having nice conversation with all of the friendly classmates. Also, the tequila vs mezcal lesson was very educational. Thank you Coty for inviting us into your lovely home & we look forward to using the many tips & tricks that you taught us.

A Mexican Cuisine experience with Chef Coty, let the curiosity begin. - From the moment Carlos greeted us at the door, welcomed us and served us a drink we knew we were in for a real treat. Chef Coty enters the dining room and our curiosity of Mexican cuisine commenced. What an experience! If you ever visit Playa del Carmen a highly recommended activity.

Amazing teacher and yummy food - We had an amazing time. Coty is a knowledgable and patient teacher, she really made sure to explain steps clearly and comprehensively. She also divided her time equally between all participants. Next to all the valuable tips and tricks and the amazing recipes we got to take home, we got to eat our self-cooked meal on Coty’s patio with a glass of wine and good conversations. Thank you, Coty, for all the fun and delicious food.

Coty offers an amazing class! Highly recommended! - My 20 year old daughter and I had a fabulous time learning how to cook an incredible local dish, "Fish & Shrimp marinated in achiote, wrapped in Banana leaves, served with Xnipec sauce and rice" as well as fresh guacamole and freshly fried tortilla chips. Easy to follow instructions, and such a yummy result! Coty was extremely knowledgable, funny and entertaining. We learned a bunch about Tequila and Mezcal as well!
