An offbeat and memorable festive evening! - One of the best festive evenings we had! We were 4 adults, had booked live via a rep from Coco Bongo with whom we were connected by the concierge of our hotel (Iberostar Tucan). We arrive around 9:45 p.m. and queue until about 10:30 p.m. even with our cut-throat ticket. We undergo qq identity checks, bags, etc.. but after: great evening!!! Qualitative show non-stop, open bar, festive music of all styles etc... Everything is done to spend a festive evening. We dance, we have fun, we discover successive shows..

Best party on week nights - Fun night club for dancing, open bar, amazing dancers and numbers throughout the night. If you like dancing, don’t bother paying more for a seat at a table on upper levels, the ground floor was so fun.

Best of Beach - One of the best experiences in Playa del Carmen to spend with friends, and certainly the attention of our waiter Eliezer was the best. We had a great time and we're going back.

My birthday great - I went with my friends to celebrate my birthday and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had, thank you very much to the waiter Elieser who attended us, a very friendly and very attentive boy, excellent service.

Good experience - Excellent show 100% recommended!!! Good production, and very well attended by Isaac Mora, we came to Playa del Carmen on vacation and we wanted to take this tour and it was excellent

Ariel- Best Server Ever! - Wow we have just woken up from an amazing time at Coco bongo! We got picked up by our coach for a 25 min drive to coco bongo when we arrived there was a bit of a long queue to get in. Fortunately one of the staff members noticed I was pregnant and let us go in and get seated which was really appreciated on my ankles and in the heat! Once we were inside we were also taken to a seperate seating area away from the crowds due to my baby bump which we really appreciated. We were looked after by Ariel all night and he was the loveliest server ever despite only having regular tickets and being sat in the higher paid ticket area he still treated us the same ensured we always had drinks, really looked after me and took extra precautions to get me to the bathroom safely without anyone bumping into me, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left Ariel didn’t stop he was so attentive and lovely a real asset to the team. Thank you so much for making our coco bongo experience as pleasant as possible being 6 months pregnant and thank you for a lovely night the acts were amazing, atmosphere great all over a super evening!

Nothing from the other world - Too expensive for what it is, paying 310 usd was a waste, an unnecessary luxury. The value is actually because it's Playa del Carmen, because the show isn't worth them.

STAFF FLEACE YOU AND GIRLS GET TAKING ADVANTAGE OF - They blow air up girls skirts, and constantly moan and move you then tell you to smile, I was next to my family but they get put somewhere, and if I want to be with them as I am GUY HIS BOSS said I have to pay £150. Keep ruining a wonderful show with how silly they are. If you are a pretty girl your the target here, if you look like you have some money they try to con you in there.

Not great - The TripAdvisor resa does not give direct access, allow 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting, and allow 30 minutes of negotiation to enter because the resa is not received at Coco Bongo. The average show and hostesses suggest you buy a shot every 10 minutes. In short, not great
