Serenity now ! - Very interesting & calming experience !
Get a sense of being on another planet.
Miguel was an excellent guide.
Funny, helpful and a very good teacher.

Mandatory tour - Excellent option for a tour, escape from the basic tourism of the region, very beautiful place, Rio and cave different from everything, quite different from cenotes

Such an amazing experience - Such a beautiful thing to experience! Could not recommend this more, our guides Oscar and Pepe were so amazing and our photographer Carlos took fantastic pictures that we will have forever! (All of the pictures are worth the money) The food was amazing and any staff members I spoke to were so helpful and kind. I hope i get to visit again someday!

Best tour yet! - Amazing work experience! Jesus was and amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and great personality. The caves were beautiful and the entire staff were friendly. The lunch at the end was delicious. Would highly recommend when you are in the area!

Rio Secreto… a magical experience! - This was an amazing experience and thanks to our guide, Imelda, at 77 years old, I felt safe and very well cared for. Imelda held my hand through most of the tour to make sure that I was able to navigate the ground without having anything to worry about. The cave is absolutely beautiful with its magnificent assortment of stalagmites and stalagmites. Everything needed for your tour is provided; water shoes, wet suits, life jackets and helmets. Even walking sticks are available if necessary. This is one tour that I highly recommend when visiting Riviera Maya and if you’re lucky enough to have Imelda as your guide, you’ll have a most memorable experience!!

Fantastic day trip into Rio Secreto caves - We absolutely loved this trip!! It was so much better than we expected! Our tour guide, Tainara Barbosa, was incredible. She was so knowledgable and shared with us just the right amount of info to make it enjoyable and fun for the whole family including our two children (aged 15 & 12.) It’s honestly been the highlight of our holiday to Mexico! The caves are fantastic, an absolute wonder and fascinating to see. It was well organised, all equipment provided, nice small group and lunch was also lovely.
We highly recommend, thank you so much Rio Secreto and Tainara! 🙂

Truly the best Cenotes experience I have had. The conservation, knowledge, location, and people are exceptional - Amazing experience! Imelda was a wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable guide. Her knowledge and passion for the Cenotes made the experience extremely special for me. It felt more like an exploration and less like a touristy excursion. Patrice was a wonderful photographer! He captured everything I wanted memories of. Truly amazing people to share such a memorable adventure with.

Must do experience! - Words are hard to find- absolutely incredible experience! This was an amazing adventure. Miguel was a wonderful guide and Alfredo was a fantastic host. We felt well taken care of and fully immersed in this unique experience. Highly recommend for all!!

Cute underground river and nature, many opportunities for service improvement - The underground river and caves are a divine gift, they are very beautiful
We did the swimming excursion in the underground river with a few minutes walk in nature.
Unfortunately the reception in very poor arrived at 8:40 and we were attended after 9:30 and the tour we bought from the hotel, the facilities are old and neglected
I recommend that you wear your own aqua shoes and if you have the wetsuit or wetsuit also, the facilities offer to lend both but I doubt very much the disinfection of them
The food is buffet and really very very bad
It is not allowed to bring cameras or phones, the photos they take and then offer between 80 and 120 US$ are of very poor quality
Our guide was very attentive and considerate with the group always attentive to our needs she is called Karina
The experience in nature is beautiful and the costs of the tour are high for what is offered on the premises food photos bathrooms and changing rooms there have many opportunities for improvement

Disappointment in a beautiful place!!! I paid for photos that did not allow the download! - Beautiful place! Guide Milo, excellent!!! But we paid $150.00 for the photos and the download doesn't work! Various emails sent unanswered!!!! [email protected] does not return. No response, no contact!!! I paid expensive for the photos and I don't have them. This is absurd!!!
