Perfect 👌 - Fantastic service and great work from the team! We’re here for four weeks in total and the service is top notch! Literally never visited a five star luxury resort like this! Massive shout out to our personal bar guy on the pornstar martinis! @Carlos absolute legend

Worth the trip ! - Well worth a visit if you’re in Tulum and the $1k pesos boat trip is also actually worth every penny. The lagoon is beautiful and there is nothing like floating down the canal carried by a light current, surrounded by nature and with not many other people! Absolutely serene!

Great Experience - Was a really fun experience felt like an adventure. The ride was very bumpy since the road leading to the Sian ka’an was not made but other than that the guides were really cool, the boat ride, dolphins and snorkeling was amazing. Highly recommended.

Great Nature Experience! - The trip was great! We got to see so many cool animals, including dolphins, sea turtles, and many birds. The guides were helpful and explained most things. Unfortunately, the two men on our small tour boat didn't speak English, but that's not an issue. We were able to figure out more information from our main tour guide. My only complaint is the trip into Sian Ka'an. The road was extremely bumpy for 2 hours. And then for 2 hours back. It's worth it to see the nature but be aware if you're not up for that. The coral reefs also didn't seem to be in the best shape, but that's not the fault of the tour.

get the boat! (Not the jeep or van) - Positives: 1. Friendly tour guide and people! 2. Amazing boat ride: we got to see the dolphins and Tortugas! 3. Snorkeling at the reef was Amazing!! Negatives: 1. The description does NOT match what we did. There was no 45 minute initial boat ride, the food was at the very end and it was not a buffet. 2. The van ride was really really ROUGH, BUMPY and Loonnngggggg. From the hotel zone it was over an hour to the BEGINNING of the tour. Then the tour took another 2 hours through a really rough road to get to the busses. It was a very long trip. I don't think it was worth it although the trip itself was awesome.

Tour without a guide - Sian Ka'an is undoubtedly a beautiful location worth visiting. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and different birds in their natural habitat during the 2-3 hour boat tour and enjoyed a delicious lunch in Punta Allen. However, the tour company left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the tour was overbooked, and we ended up driving for hours on a bumpy road with 20 people in a small minivan, despite the information stating that the maximum was 18. Furthermore, when we arrived at the biosphere border, the tour guide informed us that we could not enter because the ticket guy was out of bracelets. After some delay, the bracelets "magically" appeared, and we were able to enter. However, due to the overbooking, the tour guide could not accompany us and we ended up on a tour without any guide.

Do not book with them. - I won’t say anything about the tour itself because as soon as we got in the bus, we realized that we had to drive 2 hours on a bumpy road before starting the tour. The bus was coming from Cancun and was already full of tourist. They had to put us on the front of the bus, with no room leg and place to put our stuff. So we said we couldn’t stay like this in an over booked tour and we left. We got reimbursed though so that’s good but I was thinking of the other tourists, who had already spent 2 hours in a bus, with two more to the parc before hitting the water. That’s 8 hours total (both ways) in a tiny crowded bus for a three hour tour. No, no , no

Don't waste your time at all. - No A/C and No Managers to speak to anyone or help with the situation at all and No Maintenance people to fix the A/C units, even the Maintenance people telling the guests you don't need any A/C tonight to sleep!!! Horrible Service.
