Afterwards, you will have a yoga session in our beautiful studio. Session guided and accompanied by a certified teacher and holistic therapist. The session will focus on the connection of mind, body and spirit. At the end of this activity, we go to our rest area, where we will serve delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. Afterwards, you will return to the studio and cabin to receive a relaxing massage, with a deep sound-healing session with Tibetan bowls and Reiki (energy healing) for 1 hour. This service is unique in Playa del Carmen. It is a mixture of 3 powerful medicines. Heal through sound vibration, the release of stagnant emotions and the deep relaxation of massage.
