Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.

- Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
- Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
- At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
- Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.

Fun in the sun - Upon coming to the royalton, we experienced overall good service. Jonathan was in particular very helpful with our excursion on a boat named island discovery. He was referred by Manuel who was also very in tune with what we wanted out of our experience. Immediately Jonathan made the process so easy by booking with him virtually due to our busy schedule on the resort and preparing us exactly what to expect on the trip. The trip was safe, fun, amazing and me and my family would definately do it again!

Awesome - Daniel GarcÃa helped us book one of the greatest experiences, we didn't know what to do, since we have a rental, daniel recomended xplor, it was amazing! While we were flying and driving through the jungle, the cook master was grilling the steaks and the smell over the place was unbelievable! Over all, great experience, thank you Nexus tours!

Amazing zip lines - This place is really nice, thank to Lizzy vega and Carlos for this recomentation. The caves are the Best part of this tour, the buffet is deli & big slide is awesome.

Our experience was amazing we did the zip lining , cave rafting, hammock swings, cave swimming and the amphibious tour - The service was amazing it was easy to book. Everyone is very friendly. Everything is safety first. Transportation was a little long but our resort wasn’t close.

Amazing Xplor Fuego Tour!! - I recently had an amazing Xplor Fuego tour that i booked in Barcelo, with my rep Stephanie. It was an absolute blast, and I recommend it. Stephanie was both friendly and professional. Her expertise and warmth added to the overall experience, making it even more enjoyable. Xplor all inclusive day with pick up. - Fantastic day. Not cheap but every activity top notch and the food is on another level. Safety and conservation comes first but a great fun day! Ziplines are so high and so terrifying but they're supposed to be. Everything is immaculate and looked after but done so well and sympathetic to nature. Phenomenal place, definitely worth doing. We had an all inclusive day with pick up from our Playacar Hotel.
