Do not miss it!! - Great experience! First thing in the morning we went to Tulum for a visit of the ruins that are very suggestive and it is impressive to think you can still admire them today! The second stop was at a Mayan village where we had lunch with their typical dishes and met people who still live with their original culture today. Wonderful the old shaman who dedicated a Rite to ward off negative energies. Finally as last stop we visited a beautiful cenote completely underground where we finally took a refreshing bath. Only negative note the tremendous heat, almost faint! Recommendation to bring water inside bottles and not in plastic bottles otherwise at the entrance of Tulum you will be thrown away. Special thanks to our Guide Mike who was really professional and very kind!

Great experience , would recommend - Right let’s have a fair review.. I was very sceptical at first thinking I’ve just paid cash for these tickets they could just do a runner! But that’s just my own demons I’m not very trusting! Right got picked up from my hotel dead on time which I was quite amazed, don’t think the driver spoke much English but he was very nice. After we picked up all the other passengers we got an English guide who took though the whole tour, it was an amazing day with amazing experience small how ever is make sure you bring enough tips for people as the Mexican people don’t get paid a fat lot and seem to thrive off tips so just be prepared for that.

Not young kid friendly tour - This was my least favorite tour I booked. The meeting point is confusing because I chose meet at Tulum but then it said the meeting point was at Coco Bongo. We went to Coco Bongo then we were late because they expected us to be at Tulum which was my mistake. However, there was no communication before hand about where we would have met at Tulum either and I had to reach out through Viator to reach someone. With all my other tours someobe reached out via WhatsApp before hand to tell me where we would be meeting to make sure we would know exactly. So even if we had gone to Tulum I wouldn't have known where to meet the group. It also says this is stroller accessible but I wouldn't recommend bringing a stroller. Coba was the least stroller accessible place I went and we toured Chichen itza and tulum as well. We missed the tulum portion but met them for the rest of the tour. I was hoping for more information and history from this tour regarding the Mayan village or the lunch or even the cenote but learned very little except for the tour guide at Coba itself and that tour was very short. If you want to actually learn about the ruins I would pick a different tour. If you have young kids I wouldn't take a stroller to Coba. Water was included and so was lunch which was nice but the Cenote was very steep to climb down and I didn't feel safe going down the stairs with a 2 year old. We then were made fun of for not going down. All that with the mix up with not knowing where to meet made this a subpar tour compared to others. I actually regret taking it with the other passengers in our van that kept dropping profanities every other word despite children being present. I know the tour couldn't control that I just should have picked something private instead.
