Get to know the history of Tulum and Coba - Full but very interesting day! Francisco is a very well informed and kind guide! This places are a must see if you want to know the history of this place, they are truly special places. I highly recommend having a hat, a lot of sunscreen and insect repellant for Tulum Ruins and I encourage you to rent a tricycle at Coba, suuper cool experience! Highly recommend this trip!

Great - Day started out stormy but the weather held up so we were the only ones on the bus, so we got a private tour! Bring bug spray-I forgot. Mosquitoes are aggressive. Cenote swimming was especially fun on a hot day and neat seeing the tiny bats sleeping inside the rock area. Guide and driver were very accommodating and kind.

Highly Recommend - Emiliano, Adrian, and Marcela are the best!! - Emiliano and Adrian, our tour guides, and Marcela, our driver, made a great team. They were very knowledgable, funny, and kind. They walked us through the Tulum and Coba ruins and taught us a lot about the Mayan history and culture. We had a great experience with this team and would highly recommend this tour to everyone. We had a blast!

Great tour, small groups, great guide - Great day out, Edmundo our guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Tulum ruins were incredibly hot - ensure you bring water (no plastic bottles) also full of mosquitoes- so bring repellent! Incredible views. We took the bike option at Coba which was great fun! The cenote was a very welcome refreshing swim at the end of the day, my kids loved jumping off the top platform! Lunch was ok, due to the location lots of flies, even with mosquito nets surrounding all walls, which put me off a bit. This tour has small numbers compared to others which are groups of 50 plus - this is a massive benefit! Recommended!

Nice but be patient - It is a very nice place, but the entrance is very disorganized, only two windows to sell the ticket, the line is endless and when you think you are going to enter you find out that you have to wait in another line to buy another ticket (I don't understand why they don't sell the tickets). two entrances in the same place), they do not allow entry with plastic bottles, it is crazy because under the sun and on top of that walking the place becomes unbearable. After spending approximately two hours looking at the ruins, you leave along a path of approximately one km towards a beautiful beach. But here's the surprise, when you go in, two guys are waiting for you and they sell you sodas of all kinds. The price? 100 Mexican pesos a theft of almost U$6.40. Being thirsty you have to do it because there is no other way. The question is, don't the Mexican authorities there know that these people are selling what they want? And I'm surprised that they don't worry about whether tourists throw bottles or cans anywhere. Honestly, it's a shame that it happens, especially in such a well-known place. Taking those things away, the place is worth knowing, both the ruins and the beach. Bring glass bottles or canteens. Don't let yourself be scammed.

Good tour - Hotel pick up was on time, passenger van that brought us to a central meeting point where we paid additional fees ($20 per person) and got on larger bus. This part was a bit weird as we were dropped off at a liquor and variety store parking lot and waited in line for about an hour to pay and get our wristbands to join our tour group. Bus was comfortable and guides were great, knowledgeable and organized. They do not accompany the group at sites. They give historical info summary at the beginning and you explore on your own. Long wait to get into Tulum due to high tourist season. No wait at Coba, bike rental was probably worth it but we walked in. Everyone was tired after since we hadn’t had lunch yet. Bring lots of snacks or cash to buy some. Late lunch around 4:30 was good, Cenote was beautiful but again we had to line up for buffet since there were a couple other tour groups there as well. Overall a good tour and met my expectations, but a lot of waiting and if you want more detailed information at each site you may want to hire a personal guide.

Good tour note the $20 extra fee in the fine print - Overall, I enjoyed the trip and found it to be good value for the money compared to what is offered by other tour operators in the area. Our tour guide was great, the transport was comfortable. While as noted in other reviews for most people pick up is done in a separate vehicle, and being brought to a consolidation point to be processed into your specific tour, I found the process fairly efficient (and probably is the driver for good value for the money). My only real complaint is the hidden fees. there is a $20 per person hidden fee that is noted in the fine print on the trip advisor site. But you have to hunt for it. I blame both Trip Advisor for allowing this and the provider for the lack of transparency. As this fee was 1/3 of the of the tour cost it was not an incidental fee.

I do not recommned - The agency sold ruins of Tulum, playa paraiso and ruins of coba. We did not go to playa Paraiso ,so I felt deceived. The lunch was terrible. The van's driver runs a lot putting everybodys's life in jepardy. I do not recommned.
