Great tour with great lunch for families. - Though, like most tours, there wasn’t much time to see all the sites this tour does cover most of it. Tulum was great and we got to see most of the temples. In Cobá we got the bicycle taxis (which I really recommend), it help us to see all the sites a lot easier as they are rather far apart. The cenote was refreshing and the food at the lunch location was genuinely tasty. The excursion made great by our fantastic tour guide Emiliano. He gave an extensive and interactive presentation on all things Mayan and even had visuals. His ability to switch from Spanish to English was unreal. He was involved in the group and helped with taking pictures and made sure there was ice for the drinks. All and all a great tour for families.

An incredible experience. - My wife and I got the opportunity to take this tour and we couldn't have had a better experience. On the road and at the sites we got the chance to learn so many things about Mayan culture, Mexican culture, traditions and a host of current and former ideas. A huge and special thanks to our guide, Marco for this. experience.

Yucatan History with a refreshing splash in the Cenotes - The Coba, cenotes, and Tulum tour was an incredible experience that exceeded all expectations. Luis Escalante and Celene Corado, our guides, were exceptional in their roles. Their extensive knowledge and genuine passion for the history and culture of the Yucatán Peninsula made the tour both educational and engaging. The van provided for the tour was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant journey between locations. This attention to comfort and convenience was greatly appreciated, especially after the more active parts of the tour. Highly recommend!! Bring an umbrella if you need a break from the heat.

Tulum, Coba and Cenote - We booked this tour through our hotel. Our tour ended up being 30 minutes late due to a couple of people getting on a wrong bus and we had to go and get them from the other bus at a petrol station. Can't blame the tour company for this as it was out with their control, but it meant that our trip was cut short at Coba and Tulum but we still managed to see everything! Our guide was Mundo who was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable at each location, answered any questions we had, looked after us all and kept us all entertained throughout the trip. We as a family had the best time ever and the tour made our holiday extra special. Would I recommend, yes!

Beware of Scam. Pick another company. - We were transported from our resort to another pick up point. When booking the tickets, nothing was said about a “state tax” for $20 a person. As soon as we confirmed, we were notified via email about this required “state tax” which totaled an extra $60 on top of the $260 we paid. Being that we were within 24 hours of the tour we couldn’t cancel. Total scam. Mind you, we’ve traveled all over this state and were never asked to pay this tax until booking with this company. Stay away and book with Xcaret who is way more reputable.
