To do absolutely! - We had a very nice day with Things to do and an awesome Guide. The ruins of Tulum, a ride in the cenote and a visit to the turtles. Genial! Thanks to Aaron from “Premium Service” who sold us the day, it’s hard these days to find someone so honest. Thanks to our Guide Karina who, despite being her first month as Guide, was able to embellish this wonderful day even more. A+++ across the board.

Everything spectacular deserves 100% l - Our Guide was Pablo very attentive and friendly at all times with us telling us quite a few curiosities of the places we were passing along with driver Federico also very friendly and attentive at all times the excursion is very worth the truth that we will return from Spain for sure to see these wonders you have here. Tulum is spectacular that city on the site is stunning. The cenote is magical is something that if you do not see it in person no matter how much they tell you nothing has to do with it. And about the turtles already 😍😍 have those animals at 1m swimming fantastic Thank you so much for an unforgettable day.

Amazing Trip - Cenote was amazing!! Beautiful views, awesome turtles, and a great lunch. Our guide Jorge was great, knowledgeable, and kept us laughing the whole time. Our driver Alfonso drove us very safely and quickly to each of our destinations, even when it started dumping rain. Overall, a great experience!!

Thank you!!! - Thanks to Alfonso and Federico we had a great time! The tour was very enjoyable and fun, we loved the cenote (Alfonso's office ;))! We thought we wouldn't be able to see turtles, but in the end we saw quite a few! The only thing is the heat and humidity in Tulum, bring a hat and very cold water!

Talum, Cenote & Turtles. This is a long review, but hopefully informative - Your travel review is already quite well-written, but I'm happy to offer some minor adjustments to enhance clarity and flow: --- **What a fantastic trip! Nancy and Luis were great.** We booked through Viator, and the communication was excellent. We received a message the day before, confirming the pick-up time and location. **First Stop: Tulum** Exploring Mayan history was fascinating, and our guide was both passionate and knowledgeable. Remember that bottles of water or juice are not allowed inside, and bags are checked. Metal thermos-style containers seem to be permitted, though. Don't forget to apply sunscreen before entry; once inside, you won't be able to do so. Be aware that it gets very hot while walking around. Consider wearing a hat and bringing a small umbrella for shade. During our visit in May, one group member fainted, and two others struggled due to the heat. If possible, bring water in a flask or thermos, as there are no water stations around. Nancy promptly noticed three of our party members affected by the heat and provided ice to cool them down. Perhaps they're gathering evidence that controlled water stations are essential—after all, us Brits aren't accustomed to such intense heat. **Next, the Cenote** After explaining the history, Nancy, our guide, invited us to participate in the Mayan Ceremony of going into the underworld. Her passion was evident, and everyone on board willingly joined in. There was no pressure; it was purely a personal choice. The water in the cenote is amazing—crystal clear and fresh. Little birds fly above, feeding their young. As you enter the cave, it's high, open, and bright. The torch reveals one of the smallest areas you'll need to navigate. At this point, you decide whether to continue deeper into the cave. Once you proceed, there's no turning back. I chose not to go further due to my own limitations, but my husband assured me it wasn't too challenging. Personal choice, indeed. A light lunch is provided. Keep it simple, as you'll soon head to the beach for the best part of the day: the turtles! **The Turtles... Wow!** Snorkeling masks are mandatory for this part. If you have your own, bring them along; otherwise, they'll provide one for you. I can swim, but not confidently. When our guide, Alexander, noticed my apprehension, he took great care of me. He reassured me and even offered me a life buoy ring to hold onto. It felt like having my own personal tour guide to show off the turtles. And when I saw my first turtle, it was nothing short of incredible—breathtaking, really. Don't let apprehension hold you back; missing this opportunity would have been heartbreaking. Nancy knew how to interact with her guests, making us feel welcome and relaxed. She even turned up the music when she heard us singing along. Girl power to Nancy, the only female tour guide! Thank you for sharing this memorable adventure! 🌟🐱🌮
