Spectacular excursion!!!! Unforgettable!!! - An essential visit if you want to have contact with nature, fun, good food and learning. We recommend ja entrance plus as it includes dressing rooms, lockers, vest (mandatory), buffet, etc... very well organized the tour by colors and easy to follow and understand. You can do it according to the restaurant you want to visit to get closer to it. It is very close to carmen beach, by taxi between 300 and 450 Mexican pesos. We did the river tour in the afternoon and there were almost no people which allowed us to enjoy the silence in those grottos. It is not essential to wear water shoes. If mobile protector to use underwater. Arrive early to make the most of the time!!! Spectacular day!!!!

Beautiful !!! - We were staying at the Occidental At Xcaret hotel, and had the opportunity to enjoy the park for four days, it is a beautiful park, immense, surrounded by nature, its rivers are beautiful we had the opportunity to meet them all are three, its beach is beautiful and worth buying the photo package as they are located in specific sites to take the best angle of the photo. A super recommended park and to top off your evening show is excellent. We were fascinated by Xcaret Mexico Park

Outdated website - A beautiful place and the great shows, I really liked it, however, the website has inconsistencies in the information of the events, for example, the pre-Hispanic dance was in the white area and on the page said that in the blue, when we arrived it was already ending, the Papantla fliers says it was not being done, however they are presenting it but on another schedule. Better signage is needed, the app never downloaded us, we asked for a map and they told us they didn't give, then we saw people with maps,

Customer service in bakery of the Mexican town. - Yesterday, August 3, 2024, I went to the park all great, we went to the bakery of the Mexican town, which is delicious, but this time you can not the bread was super salty, I made the comment to the miss and super annoyed, I broke bread with everything and bees. ..I suggest they should give them training of the customer service, .. and a tolerance workshop and know how to control their emotions..(

uninspiring "park" - 1200 bucks you expext more and kind of just walk around --we ended up leaving early at 4pm bus --we were basically done at 230pm with a 15 year old and 12 year old--we started with the river which was fine --everything else is not worth it --we ended up paying for the action boat ride becuse the kids were bored

Very very poor - Probably the worst trip me I’ve ever taken my 14 year old and my 8 year old on. Paid £360 gbp to get in to then find out all the decent activities you have to pay to do literally 90% of the things you can do you have to pay for on top of what you pay to get in. Son couldn’t do the paragliding because of the weather so they were not allowing no kids. Out of all the activities my son was aloud to do 2. The river swim was ok just an hour swim round a cave really nothing spectacular. The free snorkelling was terrible I’ve seen more fish in a fish tank. Too many people in one area so no fish around, to get too each activity is a big walk. The only way this park would be worth visiting if it was free entry to the park because I’ve walked out today £500 down overall and all the kids done was a fish thing for there feet which was 20 pound each, Very much overpriced and dissatisfied overall would not recommend to anyone thinking of going

Abused Animals - Damaged Butterflies :( - It has really nice caves for swimming. If that was all I would be happy. However, this place is a cruel zoo which pretends to be a nature haven. My main upset is actually the treatment of the butterflies. They are abused by visitors who pull their wings, stroke their wings, pick them up etc. Most of the butterflies in there have broken and damaged wings because of this. All they need is to employ one person to stand in the pavilion and tell people not to touch the butterflies because they are delicate. This is what happens at London Zoo and noone touches them and the butterflies are SO much happier and healthier. They only have small signs saying don't touch, which people don't notice because they blend in. I am also very sad that the animals have very small overcrowded enclosures! One manatee could hardly turn around in a tiny cage...
