Unique experience - It's great! The attention is unique and the final show is incredible. For the complete experience, I recommend purchasing the photo package; Throughout the park there are places with their respective cameras.

Spectacular Mexico! - Without a doubt I had the desire to bring my family and get to know Xcaret mainly to live the experience of the spectacular Mexico show and the truth was it was truly beautiful, the food was delicious, an excellent tasting menu, the service was first class and I have to congratulate Issac Dominguez for the service that exceeded our expectations, my daughter hugged me at one point and with tears in her little eyes told me that she was proud to be Mexican, my daughter is 9 years old and I know that she will remember this experience all her life... thank you Xcaret for such a beautiful evening and delicious dinner.

The Xcaret night show is world class. - The night show at Xcaret is excellent ......the history of Mexico in song, dance and drama.....with several hundred dancers, singers, actors, musicians. A world class two hour performance every evening at seven. Shuttles, many, many shuttle busses ferry hotel guests from all of the resorts to the evening performance. A bit pricey but worth every cent. Cost us $119 each for the shuttle.....about 30 minutes from our hotel.....and the two hour show. You arrive two hours early and can visit all of the park and see a great historical hacienda type museum, a large working replica of an ancient church, a great horsemanship outdoor performance, various small zoo enclosures, beaches, real Mayan structures and artifacts, etc. The park is huge, first class and spotless. There are a number of restaurants and gift shops. It is spread out along jungle paths with beautiful natural plants and trees, The shuttle busses and the open air (with roof) auditorium are very impressive A suggestion to the management of the the evening show: the opening act (a Mayan ball game) lasted a bit too long and became a bit boring. All of the other acts and performances were fast paced, colorful and wonderfully performed. The costumes were really impressive.

A beautiful natural park experience! - We love this place and always leave wishing we had more time. Our favorite is the butterfly provillion! We go to this park every time we are on a cruise which is uncommon for us to see the same place more than once. There is so much to see and explore here. We highly recommend it!

The years go by. - This is the third time we visited it, if we compare it with the previous times we find it somewhat neglected. I understand that the years and the number of visitors leave their marks, but if we take into account the high cost, it is well worth carrying out adequate conservation tasks. The Chocolate Workshop was very good, as always Spectacular Mexico, outstanding. Previously, a practical paper plan was provided as a guide, which, together with fixed plans, made movement easier. I understand for ecological reasons this is no longer done. It may have been by chance, but on two occasions two visitors asked me about certain places. Technology is not always practical.

Overrated - Overpriced, not worth the price. It is a park for which they should not charge more than 80 dollars, many animals in captivity in small spaces, the underground river walk is an artificial space that has nothing wonderful about it. In general, I highlight the night show, which is impeccable, the aviary and the snorkelling, but despite that, in my opinion it never justifies the high cost of admission. My opinion, use that to make cenotes, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres

Mixed feelings - We had been to the park 13 years ago and the memories were excellent. We returned with a three-year-old child, including dinner at the night show for the three of us. The park had several closed sectors. For example, the stage tower was not working and there were several areas under repair. The cemetery looked neglected. There were almost no butterflies in the butterfly garden. We had chosen the Michoacan restaurant for lunch and it was closed, due to its proximity we went to the Veracruz which was most disappointing: most of the dishes were based on shrimp in different sauces and there were only a couple of chicken and fish options. The prices inside the park are a steal: ten dollars for a non-alcoholic drink that costs only a couple outside. It seems that there is a great insistence on selling optional activities at the expense of those that are included with the entrance (which is not cheap) On the other hand, the shows are excellent, such as the horse show and the night show. We bought dinner, which we considered excellent for the adults, but for the child the menu was basic (fries, macaroni and cheese, and chicken fingers) and very expensive ($70). The aviary is also spectacular, and the aquarium quite average. We didn't make underground rivers because we were with a small child. In short, lights and shadows, blacks and whites. I think that for the price we will not return

Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Very poor quality price. - My experience was very bad. A ton of restaurant, not much decor and things to look at. A lot of walking, we saw very few animals. Difficulty finding what we wanted to see. The underground river we visited was really flat. A tunnel dug by machines without decorations or music and it stinks!!! For this price go to a real cenote or to Cozumel. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck!

Go somewhere else! - Cool animals and the lazy river is good especially if the bats are flying around. That's about it...... Expensive day without doing any activities.... And the coach journey home is a joke!! Save your money!!

Dirty water and life jacket with sweat smell and fungal danger! - The park itself is a great idea, but it's totally overcrowded and dirty. My husband got a smelly life jacket and a few days later he developed skin fungus (he's a doctor by profession). Unfortunately it gets worse every year.
