The Plus Admission ticket includes the access to more than 50 spectacular activities plus a buffet lunch, one beer and unlimited soft drinks.

Xcaret Night Ticket includes - Entrance from 4pm and you can enjoy the Underground Rivers (open until 5.30pm), Coral Reef Aquarium (open until 6.45pm), Butterfly Pavilion and Aviary (open until 6.30pm), Horse Show, Papantla Flying Men, Pre-Hispanic Dances, Jungle Trail.
Xcaret Plus Ticket - Includes one lunch buffet. Includes one beer and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, flavored waters, and coffee) while consuming food.
Xcaret Plus Ticket - Also includes the access to Plus Area facilities (dressing rooms, restrooms and lockers).
Children’s prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children’s fare. Infants 0-4 years are free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Snorkelling equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a $25 USD refundable deposit)

Amazing, but expensive, family day out - We really liked Xcaret, last time we came to riviera maya we visited xel ha, which we also loved. Xcaret has a lot more to do, we stayed from 8.30am till 4pm and didn't see all of it. We started with the river swim, bring towels, swimwear, maybe water shoes and a waterproof phone case, they put all your bags in locked transport bags for you, so you can swim without your things (or they have lockers). The river swim is quite cold and its far, so my little girl did get shivery and tired, so keep an eye on very little ones. You come out at the sea, so we then did the beach and snorkeling (the snorkeling is better at xel ha, we saw a few fish though and it was very easy for children and nice and shallow). It might be good to have more changing facilities here, as we wanted to shower, dry and change before lunch. The lunch buffet was amazing, well worth it. We then did the dry bits, we saw the aquariums (not amazing but inside and air con) the turtles are great, and then walked over to see the jaguar, did some mayan cultural activities (my daughter fell in love with the bead craft) and the aviary is incredible (butterflies not so much, they looked very raggedy and tourists were touching them - they need more staff protecting these areas). By this point my kids (6 and 9) were exhausted and hot, so we headed home. We didn't see any of the shows but have heard these are fab. It is incredibly expensive, but very well done. I'm not completely convinced we got £400s worth of entertainment (the day tickets are more expensive than disneyworld) BUT we had a fabulous time, and where else can you swim through underground rivers. The xcaret parks we've seen have all been wonderful and have given us a great appreciation for the area and it's people and nature. I can't fault them (other than price, but fair enough because people obviously pay it!)
