I just loved it. - We just loved it, I made the reservation by phone. I couldn’t get on their website and it got weird. When Mr. Ortega called me back and fixed everything immediately, I had 15% discount for doing it that way. And apart from being Mexican, I had another discount. Then excellent everything, we arrived at the park on time and super clean, well organized, amazing experience, the people HYPER FRIENDLY, the comfortable delicious, I ordered some nachos with meat from the shepherd and a pizza were delicious. All very well organized. And of course we'll be back is worth everything.

Excellent park to spend 5 to 7 hours. - My wife and kids attended Xenses for one day as part of a Christmas vacation. The ticket prices are very reasonable if you buy them 7 days in advance. We loved the sensory tunnel where you cannot see, but you experience things will all your other senses. The tunnel had the longest wait time of about 30 minutes.
We loved the spa circuit where you go down a slide with cold water, then you float on your back down a very warm river, then transition to a mud river (really), then run through water sprayers to wash off and finish in a sauna. We did that twice.
The zip lines are about 30 seconds but fun since you get to lay down and pretend like you're flying. When the Zipline ride is over you can get right back in line without having to take off your harness which is awesome. My family went back in line 3 times which took about 4-5 mins before we could go again each time.
The Xenses town is something people won't believe you when you tell them. As a middle aged adult, I've never experienced anything like it. You walk uphill but it's really downhill, and walking downhill is uphill.
The pictures you can take everywhere are memorable and overall my family loved it. Excellent park!

Xensatorium was a once in a lifetime experience - We went to the park for several hours on a weekday and were able to get to everything. This park is definitely geared towards young adult to adults that still have their balance. There is definitely an age when someone would be too old for the types of activities that this park has. But, for those that can handle the physical and mental activities, this was an amazing experience.
I went in knowing nothing and we picked the best starting point, which was the Xensatorium. This is a pitch black maze that you are in for 10-15 minutes by yourself barefoot. I was expecting something childish and easy. This was instead the real deal. It is possible to get hurt if you don’t take your time. It involves traversing many different terrains in the dark in a maze where you have to feel your way through. It is long enough that you really feel the gravity of what you are doing. Going without any light for that long is truly a therapeutic experience. It caught me off guard when I realized how long this maze was. I should mention that this is likely not at all for someone claustrophobic although it may help you face your fears. As far as I’m concerned, this experience was singlehandedly worth the entrance fee. I was thinking about any other time that I experienced anything like that. Funny enough, my similar memory was when scuba diving in the cenotes, I entered a cavern in a sinkhole that was so large that shining your light into it doesn’t do anything, but you persist forward. That’s what this was like. For those who grew up in NJ, this is essentially the adult version of the Liberty Science Center Touch Tunnel.
The cityscape that makes you feel like you are walking up or downhill is amazing. Be sure to go into the side rooms. They have their own unique effects.
The water activities are all one right after the other, which is smart. The slide is short, but fun. I had the same thought with regard to the zip line. I’ve been on much longer zip lines elsewhere.
We could probably have skipped the salt and mud baths, but for what it’s worth, my skin was very smooth afterwards. I wish that they had a sauna room instead of just the halfway, but that was nice nonetheless.
The smaller illusion attractions were good too and we got some fun pictures.
All in all, this was a perfect rainy day activity, with an experience that I will never forget.

Nothing is what you see - It is a very interesting park, more for adults, it is not the conventional adrenalin ride, rather to experiment with the senses, perspective, the stretch that is dark is a bit intimidating but it is u. Challenged to overcome

A day in Xenses with friends - We went on a weekend, with my friend’s family, to Xenses Day to take advantage of both sensory activities and the sel do route. The place that welcomes you to all the magic of Xenses. After verifying our previously made, we enter Rehilete, where we leave for the two activity circuits and is where the scenarios of feeling and doing in the park begin. On the route of feeling we have the path of dwarfs and giants, Xensatoriumen where you enter a completely dark cave and you feel the "ecosystems" of the world, the labyrinth of underground arteries, Eden, the xytric garden where you can have lemonade from a tree.
Then, we went to the do route where you can relax body and senses. You will find The Breath, The Heartbeat, The Village where you must keep your balance where you do not know if you are going up or down, a water slide, The flight of the bird on a zip line, the river relaxing and muddy.

Madly funny. - I went twice last year, once in February and once in October, and I'm not bored, I hope to go soon but now to insomnia. It is one of my favorite parks of group Xcaret, very fun, very dynamic, many things to do and feel

Excellent family experience - We visited Xenses for my daughter’s birthday on August 21, we arrived early to take advantage of the park and it was an excellent decision, we were able to perform the activities of the park twice, from the entrance to the rotating tunnel to the slide and flight of the bird we were quite surprised, the xensatorium has a very nice message and worth performing. I especially want to thank Yolitzin, Alain and the girl who was with Alain that day (she had glasses, sorry for not remembering your name I didn’t see it well) and Estephany on the bird flight (sorry if it’s not spelled your name but I don’t remember well how it was written on your gaffe) for making so beautiful and special the celebration of my girl’s birthday, from the entrance the girl of lockers and all the boys in each activity made us feel good. Overall everything was amazing.
To the people who visit the park I recommend to arrive early, heed the recommendations and INDICATIONS of the staff, as they were often visitors who by not paying attention delayed the line or activities. This park has a very nice vibe and do not underestimate it for being small next to others of Xcaret group, it is really recommended to visit. I hope to go soon with my children to Xenses Insomnia.

So much fun and a perfect half day experience. - We had an absolute blast at Xenses Park in Playa del Carmen! The Birds Eye View zip line was hands down our favorite—so much so that we did it twice! The rush of flying over the park with a panoramic view was unforgettable.
The park is full of incredible photo ops, and the Upside Down Town had us totally tripping—it’s such a unique and mind-bending experience! It really messes with your senses in the best way possible.
The dark room wasn’t my favorite part, but once we made it through, it gave us a funny story to share. Xenses is a must-visit for anyone looking for a day filled with fun, surprises, and plenty of laughs!

WORST experience of my life at an amusement park - Not worth the prize, there's way too little attractions considering what the tickets cost. Boring concept, doesn't include food (which would be fair considering the aforementioned pricey tickets). I had the worst experience of my life at the Xensatorium, I freaked out and asked for help and when the guide came I asked them if they could lead me to the exit but they left me there since there were just a few meters left for me to finish the tour. I asked for help again trying to get out to no avail. Do they not check the cameras or...? Horrible, horrible experience which I would never recommend to anyone. It was so horrible I don't want anything to do with Xcaret or visit any other of their parks.
