Don’t wear white - The ATV excursion was awesome! Juan was a great guide! You will get muddy, but that is part of the fun. Wear water shoes for the waterfall!

Fun ride and GREAT GUIDE - We had a great time on our ATV tour. Alejandro was a GREAT guide and lovely to chat with. It was a really pleasant and fun experience. The ATVs were easy to operate. Transportation to a from the location was on time and reliable. The route was often shaded so it was comfortable even in the extreme heat. I loved getting to see the White Zebu cattle. All around wonderful experience :)

Great customer service - I experienced customer service at its finest with this company. It started off bumpy as I hadn't done an ATV ride before, I was terrified and couldn't keep up with the group tour I signed up for. Thus, I was initially requesting a refund. However, Enrique, the manager, personally and patiently taught me how to operate the machine, especially the throttle. He then gave me Alberto to be my personal tour guide. It turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip. I highly recommend this company.

Mixed Reviews Zip Lining + ATV/Buggies Tour - Stayed and celebrated my bachelorette party with a group of 14 in May 2024. We planned a day at Adventure Park to Zip Line and drive ATVs/Buggies. We have mixed reviews. We enjoyed the Zip Line portion, which was definitely worth it. It was a bit scary, but they explained what to do at each post, making us feel safe. We had a break between activities while waiting for our ATV/Buggies tour. During the wait, we ate at the bar area. The food was good, but it took a while to arrive. One order came out 5 minutes before our next tour, even though we had ordered 45 minutes earlier. We canceled that order and didn't have to pay for it. For the ATV/Buggies, it starts with an obstacle test course. Some of our group with ATVs didn't feel safe driving after finishing the test course, so they joined us in the buggies. The ride was fun. We drove through trees and mud, and even saw cows walking between our cars. During the ride, I accidentally scratched one of the buggies by hitting a door along the course. At the end of the tour, our guide took us to the "mechanics," who told me I had to pay $1,000 for the scratches because it was a new buggy. I did not choose to go on a new buggy, and the scratches looked like they could come right off with proper cleaning. It felt like they just wanted to get something out of me. After some back-and-forth with my friends, the manager reduced the charge to $400. The buggy looked perfectly fine and was drivable, as they even gave it to someone else afterward. Weeks later, in June 2024, my friend went on the same ATV tour, flipped the vehicle, and bent it. They charged him $250. Yes, they are different vehicles, but $400 for scratches vs. $250 for a bent frame is wild. Since they originally wanted to charge me $1,000, I suspect they do this to anyone who causes the slightest damage to their vehicles, which I dislike). I recommend this place, but be careful with their equipment. Take photos before you ride their vehicles just in case they try to say an old scratch was caused by you.

HIGH RISK HIGH REWARD - DISCLAIMER: This review is definitely biased because we had an accident. READ TILL THE END. I want to start by saying, we are probably a very small percentage that did not have a good experience here. I think we were also unlucky with our tour guide. Up until the accident, everything was great. The facility is very nice and organized. Off the bat, I noticed that the ATV's were very different than ones I had ridden before. They are a bit more fragile than ones I had rode in the states and in Mexico- prone to damage. You start off on a fun practice course. We had a small group, 6 people total plus one tour guide. In summary, the accident happened about 20 minutes in when my friend accidentally accelerated into a dirt mound, tried to break, and was flung off of his ATV. He was thrown into a tree, immediately cutting open his ankle and causing bruising/swelling. Instantly we thought it was broken because it looked so bad. Our tour guide looked annoyed when the accident happened and kept cracking jokes to lighten the mood which was less than effective. When his boss arrived, he was really helpful and immediately took us back to camp. At the camp, he was very kind to us explaining where we needed to go, arranging a ride for us, and giving us food. Unfortunately, the front and back bumper on the ATV was bent when it flipped which was $400 instantly. I understand that we have to pay for damages, that is expected. THE REASON MY REVIEW IS SO LOW IS BECAUSE A. In the office, the head of the company was there (boss's boss) chatting with us about what happened and he said AND I QUOTE "This happens way too often. Whether you're going fast or slow, I've seen SO MANY injuries 10 times worse than this." B. Our doctor at the clinic told me that they have patients come from the ATV tour ALL THE TIME. I understand that accidents happen, but frequent accidents should not be expected. Had the accident not happened this would be a 5 star experience. The staff was friendly and it was so fun leading up to that point. What I am not okay with is the disproportionate ration of successes to injuries that was not disclosed. That being said, I still feel inclined to mention that they were very kind and experienced in dealing with injury (BECAUSE IT HAPPENS TOO MUCH)
