Great experience!!! - We loved our zip line experience!! The staff is very friendly, professional, and patient!! Safety is a priority and the made everything great for us!! We will go again!!

Great adventure! - The ziplining adventure was very fun, and not scary because of their great focus on safety. In a beautiful place close to Jaco.

This was a great... - This was a great ziplining experience! The lines are very long and have beautiful views. You can even go upside down on one line. They give you gloves to keep yourself from spinning around - I appreciated this as previous experiences had not provided them. Also there is no hiking involved, you basically zipline from one platform to the next, which makes a more comfortable experience in hot weather. I do wish that we had selected an option which includes transportation. We did not rent a car, it was challenging to get Uber in Jaco, and the public taxis were expensive.

So fun - We loved it. Go as early as you possibly can - ours was basically private and the groups after us were huge .

One of my favorite ziplining experiences!! - This was my fourth time ziplining and my friend's first time. A really great experience for both of us! One of the lines was the fastest I've ever been on. They also have a great spot on site to grab a bite and a brew. Very professional staff, clean bathrooms, all around great spot for adventure!

Awesome memory! - It was our first experience zip lining in Costa Rica, and we couldn't have asked for better guides than Wilfredo and Lupo (Enrique). They were both delightful and patient, praising us for doing an excellent job and being great students! Despite the heavy rain during our last three lines, we created unforgettable memories and had an absolute blast! Muchas Gracias! Pura Vida!

Safety is important while having fun! - So much fun! The guides were super friendly and funny! They took extra precautions to keep us safe. Safety is extremely important to them. When on the platforms you are secured so you can’t fall, I felt very safe. The zip line clip has three clips to it for extra safety.

Only an okay zipline tour - I'm sorry to say this wasn't my favorite tour while in Costa Rica. I've been ziplining in the past, also in Costa Rica, and that experience was much more natural and fun. The guides at Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park were friendly and spoke English and Spanish, but the tour itself felt rushed. We were a group of 5 but mixed into a group totalling 16 or 17, which was fine. We didn't pay for a private tour. We rode the tractor up and started the ziplines. They grouped us with our own party but the zipline jumps seemed rushed and the line kept getting pushed on so I felt I couldn't watch my group take off or land on the canopies unless I stalled a bit on my own. It would also have been nice had the guides offered to take some pictures included in the fees instead of having to pay more. The website does indicate that they take pictures that you can buy at the end, but the prices were crazy expensive especially since bringing a camera of your own isn't much of an option in case it falls out of your hands or pockets. It also would have been nice had the guides talked about the nature like the trees or views we would see or even attempted to spot some animals or something besides just zip, zip, zip. Instead, the guides focused on getting people on one canopy while simultaneously sending the next person down the next one. I felt more herded and hurried throughout the tour. There were tons of guides as well as there were also some guides in training and at the end, I think they were expecting tips but really not sure why that was anticipated based on the tour being very impersonal. The staff were very attentive to safety so that's My a perk for sure. My nephews enjoyed most of it and that counts the most for me. The ziplines themselves were funnish but nothing spectacular. Honestly, if we went again, I'd choose a company away from Jaco and probably in Monte Verde. It'd be worth the drive. Vista Los Suenos is big and has a lot of different tours but they seem super commercialized and this tour was really not that great. The last two zip line runs go over the parking lot and you end the ziplines with getting a very small cup of fresh fruit and then going inside the gift shop to see the pictures that they took (Nov 2024 price for us was $65 for all of them or $17 per photo) and the option to purchase them as you finally pass through the gift shop. I'm glad we were able ot take a few photos on our own instead because one of us had a small camera, but otherwise we wouldn't have any pictures. Also, side note here if you pay in person, use cash or you'll get charged a 13% credit card fee (which we found is very common at many places in Costa Rica). We bought our tickets online and there was a small discount and no fee to purchase this way instead. We still ended up paying about $69 per person though. I mean Costa Rica overall is expensive albeit a beautiful country but I think the tours are overpriced for what they are. Pura Vida!
