Okay snorkeling tour - I had booked the 5-hour snorkeling tour thru the Barcelo as we were staying there for 3 days and had 2 days free so figured to do something other than the beach. Maybe I should have asked more questions, but we spent 45 minutes or so actually snorkeling. They picked us up, about a 30-minute boat ride out to a rock where we snorkeled nearby. It was okay saw some fish but a lot of other boats and snorkelers out. We then went into a small island and had lunch and hung out on the beach for 2 1/2 hours or so. Everybody on the tour voted to leave early. Most of the island is fenced off so you can go to the beach or the picnic area. $1 to use the bathroom $10 to rent a beach chair. I could have stayed the resort and done that and not paid for it.
