Magical experience! - This was a truly magical experience. My family and I (kids aged 9 and 12) had a great time swimming with the Cape Fur seals. The Offshore Adventure team were great... experienced, professional and knowledgeable, they ensured our safety while having an amazing experience visiting these wonderful sea creatures! I would definitely recommend.

Totally recommended. What a great morning!! - What a wonderful experience, and a wonderful team. Angelo clearly loves what he does and it shows, all the crew were fantastic. The safety briefing is thorough and may leave you a little anxious about the experience but once you're in there it is magic and you realise the briefing was all 'worst case scenario'. Be aware, seals have teeth and that can be a surprise when you're face to face for the first time. It doesnt matter though as from start to finish this was a fantastic experience with a fantastic crew. Thanks Angelo!!

Pure fun and joy - We had a wonderful trip to the seals! The tour was super organized, the guides were very friendly and endeavored and always focused on our safety. The guide always had his guests in mind: as soon as someone drifted too close to the cliffs he was made aware of it by the guide. The seals - especially the younger ones - were very playful. The whole experience - so as soon as we were in the water :D - we were constantly "surrounded" by seals. Conclusion: This tour would do again!

Bucket List Item - What an amazing experience. We were a little nervous about it all as our daughter is autistic and she had never done anything like this before. Claude, our guide took her under his wing and she had the most amazing time. Guys if you are in Plett, you have to experience this. I can't even begin to describe how amazing it is. Thanks guys. We will be back

Unforgettable experience - Magical encounter. The seals come to us, they bite us without malice, for contact. Very well organized, we even have the right to photos. We highly recommend.

not without risk - We have long hesitated to write our review (we have been in May'23) but felt it was necessary. We were very excited for our trip, but unfortunately did not get as far as the seals. You are launched into the sea by boat from the beach at tremendous speed. Because we were going to leave when the high tide was coming, the waves on the beach got bigger and bigger with the result that a huge wave has hit the boat. We held the edges as we had to and sat with our feet in the straps as provided. Yet the impact of the wave completely blew us through the boat. Since my feet were in the straps I had cuts from this. My feet have seen blue/purple for another 3 weeks. My husband collided with a metal bar causing his back to hurt for several weeks. The boat was broken and the skipper and crew had also seriously hurt themselves. Everyone was really super friendly and concerned. We were offered to rejoin the trip the day after (this did not happen due to our injuries) or get our money back. They then immediately arranged for us to get our money back. On reflection, we were extremely lucky, because it could have ended much worse. Somehow we also regret that our trip did not take place. We would especially recommend people with (young) children, elderly,... to think carefully about booking the trip, because it is not without risks.

catastrophe - It was a complete disaster. All that was said beforehand was that the seals might tug at the wetsuit a little. However, my trip ended with deep bites that had to be stitched up in hospital. The first aid on board also left a lot to be desired. The seals are predators! These tours should be banned! And definitely not trivialized. For children/poor swimmers this could have been fatal!
