Highlights

The journey begins at Coypool P&R, which offers ample free parking and a connection via Park and Ride Bus number 200 from Royal Parade in Plymouth City Centre. At Coypool P&R, guests are greeted and introduced to their electric off-road scooters. The guide will conduct a safety briefing and provide cycle helmets. The adventure then proceeds along the Plym Valley Trail, entirely off-road, following the steam railway line beside the River Plym, crossing old disused railway viaducts, and passing through an old tunnel to the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Along the way, there are stops to discuss various sights, such as nesting Peregrine falcons, Dartmoor ponies, woodlands, streams, and an ancient church. The journey includes a stop at the Skylark Pub near Drake’s Leat before returning to Coypool.

Fun & something a little different. - Riding the e-scooters our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We had opportunities to stop and enjoy the amazing views. It was good fun and definitely and enjoyable 1hr 30. Unfortunately two of the scooters didn't have mud guards and could generally be in better condition, hence the lower rating.
