Amazing experience - Value Rafa’s help to get to Tortuguero from the beginning, giving us advice, sharing information and caring about us. Rafa, being a local person, has made us live a much more special tour, sharing his wisdom about the nature of the area. The canoe tour was unique for us, we saw many species of animals thanks to Rafa, as he squeezed every second to see as much as possible. With his canoe we were totally safe, he also turns off the engine on many occasions and we paddled to approach many animals respecting their environment and living the tranquility of the canals. As for the Turtle sighting tour, we saw the whole process that we found incredible, we would never have imagined something like this, recommended 100%. The experience was very good too as Rafa made sure that we saw the whole process despite the number of tourists and guides that were there at the time. We recommended typical Caribbean food places of a lifetime. I will come back someday, I will take a friend from Tortuguero, thank you Rafa for your hospitality to you and your family. Super river experience - It went super well. We really enjoyed it. Rafa gave us a lot of information about the animals. We saw a lot of animals. It was amazing. Rafa is very Pro and friendly.

Amazing trip with wonderful people! - We chose Enchu cabins to stay in Tortuguero and could not have made a better choice. We hire all available Tours (turtle spawning, river canoeing, hill route and night route). As soon as we reached the cabins we were greeted by Rafa, Jasmina, Pablo and Katy. They are very special and very wonderful people, we feel very very very welcome. They had us very well served serving coffee in the mornings, with more than family attention, even gave us breakfast without ordering. The accommodation is great, there is AC, private fridge, private shower, private bathroom, porch with hammocks and, best of all, the company Enchu. You will not be bored with them, they are people who will make you laugh, help you in absolutely everything you need, care about your well-being and take you to the best and most beautiful areas of Tortuguero. For us they have not been simple guides, but have become a great friendship forever. The trip to Tortuguero would not have been so special without the presence of the Enchu family. Their hospitality and attention is appreciated from start to finish of the trip and I highly recommend them. You won't find anyone like that in the whole Tortuguero area. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TORTUGUERO: Carry ALL possible colons in cash. Some businesses have TPV but for convenience before going to Tortuguero you should change money to colones in cash. If you carry a card it is highly recommended that it be VISA. Carry anti-mosquito repellent from the fort. I took Goibi Extreme and it went very well. - Wear sunscreen as sometimes you are long in the sun. - Fresh clothes as there is LOTS of humidity and it is quite hot. You sweat a lot but it's worth it. If you have a telescope and take it with you the experience will improve a lot. Pure life, Mae.

HOSPITALITY AND ADVENTURE - Wonderful experience with Rafa and his family, loving and hospitable from our arrival until we left. We do 4 tours, 4 different experiences, which more exciting. 1-We visit and ascend Tortuguero Hill, with its views and countless secrets, like red frogs! 2-Tour Turtle Spawning, Jazmine our Guide was a good luck talisman and we watched excitedly four turtles spawning, capping, camouflaging and then returning to the sea. 3-Tour of the canals, by canoe, sometimes by motor and sometimes by rowing, enjoying every corner and every explanation of what we were seeing. 4-Night tour, where we enter a path full of magic in search of sloths....
