Perfect - Uncomplicated, even though we booked at very short notice. She was reliable and punctual at the meeting point. I would be happy to do it again anytime

Nice beach…choose bars/restaurants carefully. - Sylvia took good care of us and was punctual. Lovely beach with shade under over hanging tree branches. Good view of Ile de Gosier with water taxi from jetty if desired.
Bars on the beach, very, very slow, even by Caribbean standards, got up and left. Much better bar/ restaurant just off the car park. Le petit Miami food looked superb at reasonable prices.

A fool, and his money were parted… - The driver never showed up. We stood out in the heat, looking for a driver that was never going to come and gave us no notice, or no indication that they were not going to come . After about 30 minutes of waiting and looking for this driver who had sent an email telling us she would be there when the boat arrived, she never arrived. This makes me scramble to see if I missed something I have to go back to the boat to get a Wi-Fi signal so that I could check my emails to get the information to try to call the number to see where the driver was. Then I was able to borrow another passengers, cell phone to call the driver. The driver then tells me that the boat was supposed to arrive at 9 AM and it did not. The driver that I was not the captain of the boat, and I had no control over the time that we docked. It was also interesting that all the other passengers had their bus drivers and excursion drivers, various companies waiting on the ship to arrive. Apparently our driver couldn’t be bothered to wait for us or to notify us in anyway that she wasn’t coming until I borrowed the telephone of another passenger to make the call and ask the driver if she intended to show up the driver told me she thought she could be there about noon. I told the driver that was completely unacceptable and hung up the phone at the end of the day. If you can’t get this excursion, because the driver decides not to wait because the ship arrival time that a passenger has no control over you’d be a fool to schedule this excursion with this company . Injury on top of insult I try to reach out to the booking to see what my recourse is and it offers me the opportunity to call when I have a cell phone on a ship with no cell service with which to make a call….
