Can’t recommend highly enough! - My mum and I did the 4 day Poon Hill trek last week and it was incredible. Highly recommend Mosaic Adventure- they looked after everything, including even surprising my gluten-free mum by finding buckwheat flour to bring on the trek so she could have pancakes! Rudra, our guide was absolutely wonderful, he tailored the whole trek to our pace and made sure we enjoyed the whole way. And Ram, our porter, was an absolute gem, always running ahead to get the night’s accomodation sorted for us. Will definitely be getting in touch with Mosaic for my next trekking adventure!

Great experience on Poon Hill Trek. - My daughter and I did the Poon Hill trek recently and can’t express just how much we enjoyed it. From our first contact with Madhav we were impressed. He responded almost immediately and answered every question fully. Our guide Rudra and porter Ram were both wonderful human beings and went out of their way to be helpful and encouraging. I am 67 and found some sections hard but with the every assistance from Rudra I managed it all. I need to eat an GF diet and he even brought buckwheat flour with him so I could have pancakes for breakfast! The tea houses we stayed in were very comfortable, with great views and delicious meals. I couldn’t recommend Mosiac Adventures enough. If you are even thinking about doing this trek just book.

Safe pair of hands for Poon Hill Trek booking! - We booked the Poon Hill 4 day 3 night trek online with Mosaic Adventures after going to meet Raj at his Kathmandu office. Raj was really friendly and helpful, explaining the options and itinerary, and immediately putting us at ease to commit to the trek with Mosaic, having been given the choice to go privately or as part of a group depending on the day. When we wanted to move the trek due to weather conditions, he was really accommodating, and prompt in WhatsApp communication. We were picked up promptly by guide Manu who was helpful and informative throughout the trek. We were also accompanied by a porter Rupak, who was helping another couple of trekkers in our group. Despite not being hired by us he was really keen to put his excellent photography skills to task and helped us to get some really great shots. Manu even went above and beyond to help us contact our airline when our flights home were cancelled mid trek. We got a real helping of Nepali culture, Manu always made sure we were topped up with extra helpings of Dal bhat, and ensured any drinks orders were accommodated. Accomodation throughout was basic but comfortable, exactly as we expected for tea houses on the trekking route - the views from each were great. The Poon Hill Trek was challenging in parts but overall very doable and well paced, but the sunrise at the end made it all worth it! Overall we'd highly recommend booking with Raj and Mosaic Adventures.

Once in a lifetime adventure with a wonderful guide! - Manu was an excellent guide! My friend and I would highly recommend him and Mosaic Adventures. He looked after us along the trek, made sure we had everything we needed, taught us about the mountains as well as some pieces of Nepali culture, and was accommodating and considerate around my health needs, frequently checking in. We hired a porter, Rupak, who was also wonderful! He flew by us even with a large load on his back, and took amazing photos of us with the beautiful scenery to keep as memories from the trip! Madhav, who handled the communications before the trek, addressed all of our many questions and concerns and was extremely accommodating. The trek itself was challenging but worth the effort. Manu let us take it at our own pace and didn’t rush us. It was nice to know we didn’t have to push ourselves to go beyond our comfort level. 100% would recommend this company!

PoonHill Trek with Rutra - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the pleasure of trekking Poon Hill with Rutra, and he made our experience unforgettable! From the very start, he was welcoming and accommodating, always ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. As a couple, we appreciated how he consistently arranged larger rooms for us—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Rutra’s knowledge of the trail and culture was impressive. He shared insights about the area that enriched every step of our journey. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also kind and friendly, which made the long hikes feel easier and enjoyable. His positive spirit truly elevated our experience. If you’re planning to trek in Nepal, we highly recommend Rutra as your guide. He’s the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth—just the kind of person you want leading you through the trek! The trek was also easier than expected. I hiked Volcan Acatenango in Guatemala for reference and it was much less difficult. The cold attire was really only used for the top of PoonHill and one night of lodging during this time of the year (October) and once the sun came out it heated back up so the majority of the hike could be shorts and a shirt. The cold attire was still needed but I used a raincoat material over a puffer jacket. My partner did use a puffer jacket. The lodging at tea houses was much more comfortable than camping. They also had fires in the main eating area at night.

Poon Hill Trek with Rudra and Binod - We loved our trek. Booking it via WhatsApp was so easy as I could just give our exact holiday dates and they fitted the trip around that. Mosaic booked our domestic flights, transferred us to and from the trek, organised all the accommodation (which was better than I expected) and meals. On the trek, everything was organised so well. Our guide was Rudra. He was so helpful and attentive. He was really interesting with so much experience but most of all we felt like he was always ensuring everything was perfect for us the whole time. We had a Porter called Binod. Top guy! Always smiling and again, just tried really hard to help with anything we needed.

Thumbs up short trek and Pralhad (guide) - Just completed a four-day trek to Poon Hill in the Annapurna mountain area. Had a great time. Our guide, Pralhad, was a pleasure to trek with. He was extraordinary attentive and takes his charge as guide very seriously. He kept his finger on the pulse the whole time and made a potentially nerve-wracking adventure totally stress-free. The hikes were hard but doable and we enjoyed many conversations about history and local cultures. Met a lot of other fellow trekkers and made new friends. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience - Manoj was a great guide and made this trip memorable. He adjusted our distances per day based on our fitness level and desires. The hike itself is stunning in just 4 days and has some good bird watching too!

Group trek to Poon Hill - Poon Hill trek with Mosaic Adventure was a truly memorable experience. Our guide Ramesh and his assistant Sonam, provided exceptional support... treating us like family. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Their warm welcome and care made the journey comfortable and safe. Ramesh was like a mountain doctor, while Sonam added joy with his singing and playful spirit. They are friendly, professional and made out truly enjoyable. They were always ready to help, providing us with useful information and making sure we are comfortable throughout the trek.
