Great experience and highly recommended - This was our first trek in the Himalaya and it met all ouf our expectations. We chose the ABC trek partly because it "only" goes up to 4,200 metres and wanted to see how we'd get on with the altitude. We travelled with Himalayan Social journey (recommended) and our guide Ganesh was excellent. Ours was a 9 day trek via Poonhill. The scenery was superb - ever chaning as we climbed. Tea house accommodation was as expected - basic but clean. Expect to share a room at ABC in high season. We decided to give the hot spring at Jinhu a miss and instead took a jeep to Sarangot for 1 night. Highly recommended - the views of Pokhara lake in one direction and the himalayan range in the other were stunning.

Unforgettable Annapurna experience :) - I joined my friends on the Annapurna Circuit trek, which they had organised with Outdoor Himalayan Treks and it couldn't have been more straight forward other than for me to book international flights on a tight schedule. Everything was custom to our schedule and well organised, I just turned up having read through the schedule/itinerary pack and was welcomed at the airport where I could have felt a little lost but I wasn't because the attention to detail like identifying my face prior so they could fish me out of the crowd before I could recognise my name on a board. Greeted by the owner/operator and welcomed to Nepal was comforting. The trip with our Guide Dilli and porter Harri was a huge part of my fulfilling experience on the circuit, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the whole mountain range and Nepal in general. I really felt I got to understand he culture as well as the mountains whilst being in the best care and safe at all times day or night. I wouldn't ask for anyone else returning to the Himalayas, these guys are fun and thoughtful, ensuring we make the most of the time we had there, I can't thank you enough. Amazing trip, Highly recommend OH treks!

Excellent-organized company - We just returned from our Annapurna circuit trip. This organization was found through a Google search, where someone wrote a post about their travel experience with Outdoor Himalayan Treks. We decided to write to several companies, but these turned out to be the fastest. The owner of the company answered our questions very quickly and clearly that we were left in no doubt about who to go with in the Himalayas. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with local flowers and taken to the hotel where we began our journey. We had a guide and a porter during the entire trek. The guide was very polite and took care of us during the trip. Always adjusted to our pace, which contributed to good acclimatization. And Porter...I've never seen such strong people who can carry so much weight and go fast! Even though we have been to many countries, thanks to the well-coordinated team, we think it was the best trip ever. We are already planning our next trip to Everest Base Camp with Outdoor Himalayan Treks!

AWESOME!!! All challenges conquered! - I arrived at Kathmandu airport with my teenage son and plans to take on the Everest Basecamp trek. Our trip kicked off without baggage and Lukla weather dramas. We lost two days and knew this was impacting our ability to achieve EBC. The hotel staff recommended we discuss with Ram from Outdoor Himalayan, who offered opportunities to get us back on track. We stuck with our intentions for EBC and met our guide Dilli who lead the way to the airport at Ramechhap. We faced further weather delays which made EBC unachievable. My son agreed we should seek an alternative achievable trek. Dilli was able to offer suggestions due to his years of experience. Dilli and Ram worked together overthe phone and overnight rerouted our way to Annapurna Basecamp. I shared some great challenges, experiences and times with my son and Dilli as we made our way to ABC. No easy feat for me but loved it...beautiful country, scenes and people. Dilli was a great catalyst for making the day enjoyable though his knowledge and thoughtfulness while making sure we were comfortable and always looked to improve our position. Thanks heap Dilli (and Ram) for turning this holiday and unplanned challenges into an unforgettable adventure, great job!! I look forward to the day our trekking paths cross again.
