Poonhill trek - an amazing experience with Raman, an excellent guide - I had an amazing time during my 6-day Poonhill trek in the Annapurna region. The tour was perfectly organised by Mr Laxman from Adventure Bound. The mountain views were breathtaking and the rural landscape with the beautiful villages and rhododendron forests was spectacular. I would like to express my gratitude to my wonderful guide Raman, who always took great care of me throughout the tour. Raman is highly experienced, super friendly, reliable and always helpful. He answered all my questions about the trekking, the Nepali people and culture, the region and wildlife with great enthusiasm. Furthermore, he explained each day's trek in details and adjusted the tour to my abilities. The hiking with Raman was fantastic! I highly recommend booking a trekking tour in Nepal with Adventure Bound and having Raman as your guide.

Beautiful trek to Poon Hill - We got to see some beautiful views on our trek to Poon Hill. The highlight was the sunrise at Poon Hill on day 3. The lodges were simple and without heating, so bring warm clothes if you are trekking in winter. Our guide, Santosh, was really helpful and friendly. We had a great time!

Great experience along with a friendly helpful guide, Suresh - I and my friend joined a 4 days tour to Poon hill. We are both new to trekking and we are grateful to have such a patient and friendly guide to accompany us in this journey. Suresh did not give us pressure during the trek, he followed our pace and care for our condition a lot. Along the walk, we chatted a lot of things and it was nice to have him as our company. Although we cannot complete the journey due to high altitude response of my friend, Suresh makes sure we get back to hotel safely and ask for our condition after he left. We couldn't ask for more and hope that one day we can go back to join another journey with him!

Mr Robert Azzopardi - Rabin Magar was a great guide for a solo trekker, thanks for Adventure Bound for organising it. We went to lots of places where he had great local knowledge and was able to tell me alot about the mountains. He genuinely seemed like a lovely guy to travel with and i recomend him for future travellers. Every place we stayed at he knew people and would try make you feel at home. Full stars and no complaints.

Mike and Diana Poon Hill Treck - We have just finshed the Poon Hill treck during our first time visiting Nepal. Well what can I say? We have had an amazing experience and while we have shown great willing and worked extremely hard we could not have completed this adventure without our guide Bibek Bhatta. From the start Bibek showed his experience and class with knowledge of not only the Poon Hill trail, but also ABC and Everest Base camp (I would 100% be confident to contact him in the future if we looked to make one of these trails) Bibek was keen to answer our questions on religion, nepal, culture and anything else we had to ask. We certainly feel as though we have gone through both a learning and fitness experience. He gave the perfect balance between making sure we was challenged but also allowing us to move at our own pace. Bibek' s English was excellent which meant that we could have plenty of fun along the way. His connections on the mountain ensured that we stayed in the best guest houses, avoided bad weather and got to experience the best views at the best time of day (That's what we are going for right?). Bibek's hospitality didn't end on the mountain when he realised our outbound journey from Nepal wouldnt work he supported having the flight times changed and when we thought we was going to miss out on Phewa lake he continued as a guide to make sure our Pokhara experience was complete before ensureing that we made it to the airport on time. (He has just messaged to make sure we have made our journey safely). It feels as though we have made a friend. On reflection I think that the guide can make or break your trip and while I know there will be other good ones in Nepal Bibek was fantastic. Anyway a picture paints a thousand words...

Great Trek! - We did the Poonhill trek with guide Raj Silwal and had a great trip. Except excellent hiking, beautiful nature and good weather we really enjoyed to company of our guide Raj. He was funny, polite, had a lot of knowledge about culture, nature, animals and traditions and we felt he was always doing a little extra to give us the ultimate experience. Nepal is amazing and we are definitely coming back to do more treks with you! Best regards, Nina and Christine from Norway :-)
