Brilliant tour. - Today we experienced a sunrise tour with Liberty agent Pokhara. We were collected from our hotel at 5am by two young men and escorted to Sarangot to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna range and Fish Tail mountain. Our driver was incredible on some very difficult roads and the guide treated us with respect throughout. We cannot speak highly enough about the service and guidance throughout. Thank you Liberty's.

A perfect morning - Sunrise over the Himalayas should be something that everyone sees. Liberty Holidays made this incredible experience an easy one. I received immediate email confirmation of my tour, including an inquiry as to my hotel and the time to be picked up. Therefore, no further plans had to be made when I got to Pokhara. My guide, Mr Madhav, was right on time and was an excellent guide. Very intelligent and knew all about the area. He took me to a more private area to watch the sunrise, pointed out the mountains (on one side) and the locations in Pokhara (on the other) and took some great photos. If you plan to visit Pokhara, you should definitely sign up for this tour with this company.

One of the best Sunrise and Sunset , you will ever see - Sarankot is very important to Pokhara from tourist viewpoint as Nagarkot is to Kathmandu. Positioned west north to Pokhara, Sarankot is one of the major tourist destination of the district. Nowadays, it has been famous for paragliding as well.

Very convenient to get up to... -
Very convenient to get up to Sarangkot and would highly recommend. Great view, though it gets very crowded and noisy at the top. I removed a star because I had no idea when I was going to get picked up and due to the holiday season, no one was available at the tour office to ask. The guide also insisted that I pay the entrance fee which I thought was included with this tour but I wasn't going to argue with someone 4am in the morning. He said that he wasn't told anything from the tour company.

Delayed schedule - My friend and I made it to Sarangkot for the beautiful sunrise. It’s definitely worth a visit. However it wasn’t without some challenges that morning. The tour guide and driver were at least 10 minutes late and the car broke down multiple times on the way to Sarangkot including when we were on our way up the mountain. The car died halfway, and they were able to call one of their other driver friends to pick us up 20 minutes later to take us all the way up. The guide didn’t offer much background or history either. I would recommend just paying someone to take you up there for half the cost if you don’t need a curator.
