Hiking to the World Peace Pagoda in Pokhara not only offers a wide panoramic view of the Annapurna, Dhawalagiri, and Mt. Fishtail mountains but also provides a top view of Fewa Lake and Pokhara City. This spiritual spot offers a place for meditation and relaxation while enjoying the natural surroundings. The white pagoda has two tiers; the second tier displays four statues of Buddha representing the wheels of life, dharma, and Buddha’s teachings. The pagoda’s architecture and its white color blend seamlessly with the tranquility and serenity of nature.
The World Peace Pagoda has been ranked among the top five must-visit places in Pokhara on TripAdvisor for the past few years. The hilltop is best known for its sunset views, much like Sarangkot is famous for its sunrise views.
