Trip to WWII history in Silesia - I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in WWII history in this part of Silesia. It is quite a distance from Wroclaw to the the remote Riese underground sites and another longish trip to Gross Rosen so if you only have a short visiting period a car pick up and drop off is a good way to see a lot in the day. The driver was very efficient and very safety conscious, he sorted the tickets and access at both sites (then waiting in the car), the car was really comfortable and there was no pressure to rush in and out of the sites. It might seem a bit expensive but you are never likely to see these unique sites any other way in a weekend trip.

Excellent and poignant trip. - Very long and full day but an absolutely superb trip. Wanted to add a review as the last was from 2019. The two sites are well reviewed but Gross Rosen was a particular highlight. And seeing the two sites together and understanding how the prisoners from Gross Rosen were used to build the tunnels put it all in context. The guide (Mark) was knowledgeable and a good, safe driver. Also took us to the Church of Peace in Swidnica and drove us round Wroclaw a bit on the return. We were out and on the go from 9.00 until 5.30 with limited options for food or drink so come prepared.

Fantastic - As a couple this trip did seem expensive but it was worth every Zloty! Our guide knew all about both sites and had extensive knowledge of the era. We learned much from our guide not just about the sites visited but life in modern Poland too. I would highly recommend this trip.

Worthwhile day - Picked up from our accommodation as promised and did the promised sites without feeling rushed in any way. Access to sites was easy as the guide does all the negotiations and of you go while he waits for your return. Our guide was Gregory and he was a big plus to the day and he knows his subject well and we chatted about the area's history in some depth. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.
