Very nice experience and delicious pasta - It was amazing to learn how to make the pasta. We had amazing teachers and a good translation. They taught us about the history of this type of pasta and then taught us how to make the shape. They provided the sauce and the dough, and told us all the ingredients while they made it from scratch. We will definitely have a go at making this at home. It was so much fun, very delicious pasta and very friendly people. Absolutely recommend it, we had a great time!

Annamarie was very nice,... - Annamarie was very nice, she taught us how to make the pasta but also talked us through how to make several different sauces and facaccia. She also recommended a few places we should visit while in Puglia.

A little taste of Italy - We are three friends from Germany and had a great cooking class. The Ambiente was relaxed and we received not only nice recipes but also lots of information on the area and cuisine.

Fun and delicious! - Wonderful class! You will learn all the important tips to be able to try it at home, as well as info about local food specialties. Annamarie was engaging and fun. Difficult to find, so give yourself extra time to get there.

Delightful instructor and a fun experience - Anna Maria was delightful and fun to speak with in both English and Italian. The class was very fun and interesting. With plenty to eat. The setting for the class was right in Polignano near the beach overlook. We had a wonderful evening and met fun people in the class as well.

Great ambience but little cooking - I had higher expectations, nice conversation and we met beautiful people however the cooking part was poor, no recipes or details. The sauce, something very important, was made using packaged products. In other Italian cooking class, chef uses natural ingredients to make the sauce from scratch.
