GREAT ADVENTURE FOR LOCALS AND TOURISTS - Wonderful tour! I live in Apulia and my friend came to visit from the UK. We both discovered the magic of Polignano a Mare by Sup! Piero and Francesca were amazing guides and instructors. They were very precise, giving us information about the caves we visited and how to stand on our boards! Both very important to enjoy this adventure. Thank you guys, highly recommended!

Beautiful experience!! - Beautiful (first) SUP experience thanks also to Piero, our fantastic guide. The excursion among the caves of Polignano is truly evocative, especially at sunset. I highly recommend it!!

Polignano guided SUP tour - Did the guided SUP tour yesterday and it was sensational, very highly recommend anyone visiting Polignano to do it. The guide lady (sorry but can’t remember her name) was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and provided lots of really interesting information on the history of this incredible town and the caves. The tour was easy paced and you don’t need to be young or super fit, we’re both 60 years old and had no problems keeping pace or completing the tour. Really glad we did this tour.

Awesome excurion! - We had an absolutely fantastic day on this excursion! The guide was informative, helpful and we paddled to the caves and the best parts of Polignano Al Mare. We would highly recommend this trip, thank you for such a special and memorable day!

Amazing views and caves 😍 - Amazing tour! Went through all of the caves with amazing views and time for swimming! Our guide also explained some of the history of the area and gave great instructions :)

Amazing experience, brilliant memories - Absolutely fantastic experience. Antonella was my guide and teacher and she was first class. I was nervous as a complete beginner and older but she immediately put me at ease. it was great fun and Antonella (the Queen of the Caves ) communicated in English for me and Italian for others. She offered support when necessary but left it to me to decide to stand or kneel. I was delighted to be able to stand up on the board and paddle. So great that she took photos also and sent them on. Brilliant memories. I highly recommend it. Do it. You won’t regret it.
