Sup Polignano - Escursioni SU Puglia - We meet at the meeting point and first have a theoretical lesson and then practice in the water.
Once you have acquired the basic techniques to face the tour, you will start on an excursion with the instructor who will follow you along the way giving you tips to improve the technique. We will visit the most important caves of Polignano a Mare, swim, dive, fully explore some stretches of the coast and take fantastic photos.

Memorable Experience not to be missed - This made memories that will go into the vault. Never to be forgotten. Matteo showed us many beautiful caves and took excellent care of us along the way. He took pictures for us and shared. You can swim so bring goggles. The water is so clear. We kneeled and sat on the paddle boards so if you aren’t able to stand up, not a big deal. We went early and glad we did as it was less busy and not as choppy. We highly recommend and would love to do it again.

Amazing way to see Polignano - Really fantastic activity! Our guide was super easy to communicate with before the trip, he was on time to meet, he gave us a good enjoyable tour of many caves and even took a lot of photos for us while we were out on the boards. Would highly recommend!

A perfect way to finish off our holiday - We had a great time led by Matteo who took us to swim in caves that you can't visit by boat and helpfully provided a waterproof case for my mobile. He was friendly, cheerful, and took us at a good pace. Our three children (17, 15, and 10) took to SUP like ducks to water, and we parents did it mostly on our knees or sitting, which was fine.

a brilliant introduction to paddle boarding in an unforgettable location. the group leaders are very good. - swimming in the caves was amazing ! magical places which are perfectly suited to paddle boarding. we've been to Polignano before but it was great to see it from below.
