So wonderful we went back a second time! - My family and I booked a class with Edi and Paolo on AirBNB that we loved so much we booked a second class for our next week in Tuscany! They were kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They satisfied all of our curiosity about Italian cuisine. The tomato sauce we made was the best I have ever had and the tiramisu was beyond delicious. They were willing to work with our party which was full of both vegetarians and coffee haters (guilty) so the menu was individualized. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

In one word: fantastic! - If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have done it. This evening was indescribable. If I say we enjoyed it, then that is absolutely an understatement. Edi and Paolo are the most welcoming people. You will be warmly received in their home. You feel like a member of the family and like you're visiting friends. This experience was and had everything: fun, educational cooking class, good wine, beautiful location and not to mention: delicious pizza and tiramisu with fresh ingredients. This experience was absolutely the highlight of our holiday and will therefore more than recommend him!

Best family expérience ever!! - The workshop with Edi and her husband was our best experience during our weeks holiday with our 2 adult sons (24 +25 yo). For them it was the best family thing ever. We had a lot of fun, everything was prepared in a very pretty and efficient way by Edi. We consider it as a family team building experience which is always a challenge even with adult kids as you might recognize. We absolutely encourage you to also have this experience. We loved it so much that a few weeks ago we bought a pasta machine and redid the whole workshop with our sons visiting using the very cute recipe/note book that Edi gives you as a souvenir. We again had a lot of fun even though the results were less spectacular without Edi's professional help 😅. Thanks ever so much to the both of you and good luck with your workshop ❤️. Authentic Italian cooking experience in beautiful Tuscany - Edi and Paolo were wonderful hosts who welcomed us with fabulous wine and delicious starters. The organisation, attention to detail and easy to follow instructions made it an excellent session for experienced cooks and novices in our family. They were also able to cater to our vegetarian dietary needs. The location is magical - you can watch the glorious sunset as you cook and eat dinner. We are so glad that we didn’t miss out on this quintessential Italian cooking experience!

Private Cooking Lesson with. a Tyipcal Italian Family. - It was such amazing experience that I will never forget. The family were so very nice and kind. I will like to try their pizza making class in the future.

Memorable Experience - We were in Italy for 2 weeks and visited many different areas of Italy and had many different experiences and excursions. This cooking experience by far was the most memorable and my favorite thing my friends and I did in Italy. I myself, did not want to do a cooking class, however, this turned out to be my absolute favorite thing we did during our travels throughout Italy . We still talk about our Host, our time with them, their hospitality, and the amazing food we cooked together today. From booking the experience until the end of our experience, Edi & Paolo made our time with them so extra special. I want to go back to Italy just to visit them! That is how wonderful of people they are. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like long lost friends. I truly enjoyed the time from Paola picking us up, the wine, the food, that talks, the views and getting to know them and the town. Book the experience! It will be unforgettable.

Skip the Vatican, Cook with Edi 😉 - Of all the experiences we had in Italy, the one that we talk about the most is our evening with Edi and Paulo. We didn’t want to be in a big group in some fancy tourist kitchen, we wanted an intimate experience and we somehow hit the jackpot. It’s been a year since our visit and we still keep in touch. We were made to feel like family and still are, when you meet someone as genuine and kind as these two - you make friends immediately. Our evening in Pomino was well planned, they changed the menu to something we cook at home regularly, and even stayed late to have a drink at the conclusion of the event. I’m several sentences into my review and I haven't even mentioned the food, which was amazing. My wife and I rated each dish while we were in Italy for nearly two weeks and two of Edi's dishes were in our top five the whole trip. We've been many places and done many things but few have had such a lasting impact on us. I'm sure this review seems over the top and maybe it is, but we truly loved our evening in Pomino - we'd go back in a heartbeat. Trust us - you'll be well taken care of and treated like family.

Private Cooking Lesson with a Typical Italian Family. - I had a great experience learning authentic traditional Italian foods from a recipe that has been passed down from generations to generations. All of the foods with made from scratch and it tasted amazing. The Husband and wife were very helpful and their little daughter was also having fun with her parents. I would love to take their pizza cooking class if so get a chance in the future to return to Italy.

10/10 - It was an incredibly nice experience! We slept overnight and were welcomed upon arrival with fantastic food and brilliant wine. The next day we were on real Italian pizza cooking course. This was also perfect! We were served wine while learning cooking. We have used what we learned countless times at home in Norway with great success. 10/10 would recommend this place!
