With a 7-hour guided tour, stroll through the streets of Pompeii alongside an archaeological guide (or with the accompaniment of an audio guide). Drive 3280 feet (1000 m) up Mt. Vesuvius and walk the path to the crater’s edge. Enjoy the view of the Bay of Naples and learn the geology of the volcano from an expert volcanologist guide. The maximum group size is 40 passengers. Choose between the different group sizes and try a special wine tasting!
- A minimum of 2 people is required to operate tour
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- During the low season (November - March) the live guide inside Pompeii ruins will be replaced by an audio guide for groups of less than six

Fabulous value! - Mauricio and Sandra were great guides. The lunch with wine tasting was exquisite and Vesuvius is spectacular. The climb will hurt all the way up and all the way down but it is so worth it. Oh, and wear the proper shoes!

Thank you - Thank you for the well-organized and interesting tour! In Pompeii, we had Roberto as our guide, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and significance of the site. The lunch was delicious and perfectly prepared – a real treat. On Mount Vesuvius, we had plenty of time to explore the area on our own, which was a great experience.

Excellent Pompei and Vesuvius Tour - Visit with our super guide Giovani then visit Pompei with Andrea at the Top, excellent choice of menu in the restaurant by Giovani again and the ascent of Vesuvius was simply magnificent. Not to mention our experienced driver Mauricio. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful excursion combining culture and nature - Very rewarding excursion, from the visit of the ruins of Pompeii as soon as the site opens to the great outdoors of Vesuvius (provide a good sweater and cap for upstairs). Day in minibus with sunshine, splendid views, a lunch break appreciated and driven by Maurizio, punctual, helpful and very friendly. Elio, our guide in Pompeii accompanied us through the aisles of the huge site with plenty of anecdotes and historical facts. All this in a remarkable French, thank you for this day

Pompeii/Mt Vesuvius - Fabulous excursion. Our driver, Francisco, drove us expertly up Mt Vesuvius. Anna our guide for Pompeii, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Our lunch was spectacular. We also did the wine tasting, which we really enjoyed. Connie was super helpful with me choosing not to do the Mt Vesuvius walk. Wonderful excursion which was very well priced!

Worth it - Pompeii amazing, great to have a guide to explain what we were seeing. Not busy at all since it was off season. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I was only expecting it to be a light lunch, but it was 3 courses. Wine tasting fun as well. View from the restaurant was outstanding. The hike up to Vesuvius was a little rough after such a large lunch and wine tasting, but the hike was worth it for the view. I was worried the weather would not cooperate since went in December, but it was a beautiful day. Daniel and Bruno were great as guide and driver.

Pompeia and Vesubio - All the day in Pompeia and Vesubio was Really Really amazing with Maria, Giovanni and Patricia. The lunch a bit poor but Ok.
